I absolutely do not recommend to stay at Behram hotel
Cons:

1. They did not even clean it. It was dirty from the guests before us: water stains in the toilet, and we found empty water bottles in the room (3 in total);
2. we did not even find towels in the room, we had to ask for them;
3. breakfast was awful, the vegetables barely washed and very poor choice or everything fried; not to talk about no ac in the lobby -> sweaty breakfast
4. furniture old and dirty. We really had to be careful to not touch anything.
5. wifi not working most of the time.

Better value elsewhere
Pros:

Location good for nearby restaurants, small markets and 5-6 blocks from the beach

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't good. Breakfast area super hot, not a single fan, sweltering heat and foods including mayonnaise out in that heat.
They initially gave me a bad room, not what I booked. Then they changed me.
There was a dead cockroach 🪳🪳 night 1 and an alive cockroach 🪳🪳 night 2.
Room was 3 flights of stairs up... 😆
The pool area was nice but they charge you in Euros to use an old beat up towel. Hard pass.
Only 1 young man during afternoon shift spoke English. Mostly managed by Russians with a very matter of fact, almost rude, dismissive attitude.

Sie waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt war einfach alles hervorragend. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Все было прекрасно. Персонал , очень приветлив и с нами общались на русском. Бассейный чистый .Завтрак включён, ужин можно было заказать за отдельную плату. Чай/кофе бесплатно весь день. От моря минут 10, все развлечения рядом. Спасибо Вам большое от Ирины и Ренаты. Мы обязательно ещё вернёмся к вам.

Reasonably close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good. Pool was also good.
