Great location and atmosphere
Pros:

Great location in the vibrant center of Yerevan. Facilities are commendable (there is a good spa and the bathrooms are beautiful). The decoration is in old European style (but very recent), which gives to the place a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast room at the top floor offers a stunning view.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.

I would especially like to thank Lusen at the reception. Lusen was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness, excellent customer service, and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле каждый раз, как приезжаем в Ереван. 4 июля приехали ночью, нас встретила милая и лучезарная Ани, как родных! Повысили уровень номера, где нас ждала корзина фруктов ко Дню Рождения супруга. Все в отеле на высоком профессиональном уровне: чистота, убранство, оснащенность номеров, приватность. Отдельно хочется сказать о питании. Зал ресторана с видом на Арарат находится на 11 этаже. Впечатляет качество и разнообразие блюд, официанты (благодарю струдницу ресторана Ани за внимание к деталям), готовые удовлетворить любые запросы гостей! В этот раз посетили СПА комплекс. Небольшой, но очень чистый и уютный (хамам, джакузи, сауна), предоставляются одноразовые купальные принадлежности, халаты и тапочки. К сожалению забыла имя девушки, которая нас обслуживала 5 июля. Она напоила нас чаем, цитрусовым лимонадом, подробно обо всем рассказала, учла все наши пожелания. Здесь же можно посетить сеанс массажа в специально оборудованных кабинетах. Хочу еще раз поблагодарить ее за радушный прием и заботу. Выражаю благодарность Люсине Товмасян за внимание ко всем моим пожеланиям при бронировании! Великолепный роскошный отель для выходных в Ереване
Pros:

Отель выбирали вблизи центра и пеших прогулок. Фото не передают красоты и убранства этого отеля , уже на входе понимаешь , что тебя ждет роскошь и величие . Номер свежий , курить запрещено , что радует . Мебель потрясающая, натуральные материалы , латунь , мрамор , прекрасная косметика и средства индивидуальной гигиены ! Номер убирали каждый день, рум сервис и еда в номер - вкусно и быстро ! В отеле на первом этаже прекрасная веранда с завтраками и прохладным шампанским, а завтраки на последнем этаже с видом на великий Арарат ! Персонал вежливый , услужливый и всегда готов помочь !
