Awesome and great value
Pros:

Convenience of the pub downstairs. Wonderful menu, breakfast included.
Spacious room and bathroom. Chairs for sitting and coffee corner.

I had to request softer pillows and they were hard and lumpy. Replacements were okay.

Repeat stay - just a good as previous visits.
Pros:

Same great experience as in previous stays. Smaller room this time but comfort and location remain at the top of the tree. I have seen negative comments about the buffet breakfast but my experience has been several times now that the breakfast is fresh, has great variety of hot and cold, cooks use decent ingredients such as proper butchers sausages and I like that one can eat as much or a little as one feels. No issues here at all.

Cons:

Car park is (still) tiny and road next to property is (still) busy, but this a) cannot be helped and b) should not detract from a gorgeous village location, a lovely atmosphere and genuinely nice hosts.
