Pros:

O hotel não fica muito perto das zonas mais turísticas mas é perto de uma estação de metro com ligação à Estação de Kyoto, o que facilita as viagens.
O facto de estar mais afastado também ajuda a que não exista muito barulho durante a noite.
Os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos e todos os que falaram connosco conseguiam expressar-se em inglês sem problema.

Cons:

O wi-fi no nosso quarto era um bocadinho fraco mas para o uso que demos serviu perfeitamente.

出張のための宿泊でしたが、ゆっくり観光でも利用してみたい。
Pros:

到着時にホテルの駐車場が満車だったのですが、近隣の駐車場（金額まで丁寧に説明して下さった）を教えてくださったりなど、スタッフさんが大変親切でした。
市内からは少し離れていますが、目的地が醍醐寺だったため、とてもスムーズに移動できました。
「ちょっと離れて京都の魅力を知る」には立地的に良いかもしれません。
施設も新しく大変快適でした。

Cons:

良くない点は全くありません。
部屋が取りにくい京都に在って、大変お得な感じです。
また利用させて頂きたいです。

予想外に当たりだった、土地勘もなくたまたま選んだがが落ち着いて静かなエリアでホッとした
