The staff were very helpful, always available to assist. The room was kept clean, cleaners would usually come daily and make the room. The location was great, everything is in close proximity. The breakfast was also good.
The beds were quite stiff and hard which I found slightly uncomfortable. Also it would have been nice if the pool was opened for a bit longer.

The receptionists in the morning were nice.
The eceptionist at night shift was rude and unprofessional. He talked to me very rudely. He gave me keys of the wrong room and I walked in on 2 people in bed. That is disgusting. I found a big patch of white on the side table which seems like mold. The rude receptionist refused to change the room. He charged me £32 and some pence while I booked for £31.00. Dishonesty for less then a couple of pounds is beyond belief. Exposing people to mold endangers lives. Mold kills. White mold is one of the most dangerous type of molds. Ask experts. I have closeups too which I dont know why are not uploading.

The location was nice.
The bathroom was always wet and sink kept leaking. There was no drain on the bathroom floor for the waster to drain into. Also we were told we had 8 beds but only had 4.
