Chętnie tam wrócę.

Lage und Ausstattung waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Personal unfreundlich und inkompetent. Keine Informationen beim Check-in, zwei Hotels unterschiedlicher Anbieter im gleichen Gebäude/Anlage und nach vorzeitiger Abreise wegen eines Unfalls keine Information und keine Antworten auf zahlreiche Anfragen, auch nicht schriftlich über und von Booking.com.

Na pewno tam wrócimy :)
Pros:

Przemiła obsługa i przytulny klimat. Bardzo czysto i mega wygodne łóżko. Świetne położenie, wygodny parking, w hotelu znajduje się restauracja z doskonała kuchnią! Idealne miejsce na urlop :)

Lokalizacja super 3 minutki od stoku!! Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, personel bardzo pomocny i miły, zdecydowanie tam wrócę.

Overall, I would recommend this place and choose it again if I travel to High Tatra
Pros:

Great location next to ski lifts, easy to walk in ski boots. Restaurant in hotel was really amazing, friendly stuff and delicious food.

Cons:

It would be good to have more entrance keys or entrance code so that everyone can enter the apartment on their own. Also, there was no cleaning service nor towels exchange despite 7 nights stay.

Super miejsce na narty, blisko stoku, b. dobra restauracja na miejscu, komfortowe apartamenty, sauna, sala ćwiczeń itd.

Hangos, mogorva, kikapcsolódásra nem alkalmas hely
Pros:

A szoba felszereltsége tetszett, azt kaptuk, ami a képeken volt. Helyben is jó volt, relaítve közel volt a sí központ. Le tudtuk rakni a bőröndöt az aulában, míg vártuk a buszt (viszont húzták a szájukat, amit nem értek miért, mikor ez egy evidens dolog)

Cons:

A személyzet sose volt elérhető, folyamatosan cigizni jártak és sose volt senki a recepción, bármikor mentünk oda. Az emberek rettentő mogorvák és nem kedvesek, köszönni se tudnak, ahogy a helyiek és a további (valszeg lengyel) vendégek pláne. Ha ide mész, nem fogsz sokat pihenni, rettentő hangosak és tiszteletlenek. Csak ráadás, hogy a falak, plafon vékonyak és minden is hallatszódik, még az is, hogy egy szinttel feljebb lévő csukott ajtónál, emberek beszélgetése a folyosón keresztűl átszűrődik a saját csukott ajtónkon is, 3x kellett szólni míg abbahagyták, de ezután is mintha át akarták volna rendezni az egész hotelt. Szaunában is, észre se veszik magukat, kiabálnak és telefonálnak kihangosítva, hogy máshogy, plusz hangosan hallgatják a helyi zenéjüket.

Wyjątkowo dobre miejsce.
Pros:

Hotel położony blisko stoku narciarskiego. Restauracja serwuje pyszne jedzenie. Rewelacyjna sauna. Apartamenty w drewnie i kamieniu tworzą przyjemny klimat.

Vacation of your dreams !!!
Pros:

Naprostá nádhera! My jsme byli ubytovaní v jejich “presidential suite “ a myslím že můžu rict, ze to bylo nejkrásnější ubytování ve kterém jsme kdy byli. Všechno promyšlene do detailu. Od kuchyňe , koupelen až po samotný vytah který vás vyvezl až primo do vašeho apartmánu. Spousta úložného prostoru! Výhled z balkonu primo na Lomnicky Stit (da se dojit pěšky primo k vleku) Určitě se moc rádi vrátíme! Snídaně byla taky super a zaměstnanci velmi příjemní !!

Absolutely amazing accommodation!! Kitchen was spectacular ( countertops were to die for) beautiful bathrooms and the view of Lomnicky Štít was the cherry on top!!! Walking distance to the lifts that take you to the top of the mountain! Restaurants , grocery store close by!!! Breakfast was very good and all employees were very friendly!!
We will be back for sure !!!

Pros:

Prekvapilo ma, že v cene hotela neboli zahrnuté raňajky, pričom v reklame to bolo uvedené.

Cons:

Slabá ponuka na raňajkách a nevhodné správanie oblsluhy pri raňajkách dňa 9.6. čo som oznámila aj na recepcii pri odchode z hotela. Samozrejme, že recepčná mala snahu spochybniť moje námietky. Som názoru, že za žiadných okolností personál nesmie povedať hosťovi, že mu nedá raňajky. Dobrá znalosť slovenčiny personálom v takom hotely by mal byť problém, či?
Rovnako sa mi nepáčilo, že som dostala dve rôzne izby, pričom druhá podkrovná izba nám vôbec nevyhovovala a boli na rôznych poschodiach.
