Chodime k Vam uz roky ale teraz nebola izba velmi cista, vlasy boli v sprche , prah na zemi, osušky zapachali a pohovku by uz ste mohli vymenit nakolko je ta ista uz asi 10 rokov, neda sa na tom spať😒 aj koberec na zemi uz ma svoje odžite🤷🏽‍♀️

Lage und Ausstattung waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Personal unfreundlich und inkompetent. Keine Informationen beim Check-in, zwei Hotels unterschiedlicher Anbieter im gleichen Gebäude/Anlage und nach vorzeitiger Abreise wegen eines Unfalls keine Information und keine Antworten auf zahlreiche Anfragen, auch nicht schriftlich über und von Booking.com.

Pros:

Przemiła obsługa i przytulny klimat. Bardzo czysto i mega wygodne łóżko. Świetne położenie, wygodny parking, w hotelu znajduje się restauracja z doskonała kuchnią! Idealne miejsce na urlop :)

Lokalizacja super 3 minutki od stoku!! Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, personel bardzo pomocny i miły, zdecydowanie tam wrócę.

Overall, I would recommend this place and choose it again if I travel to High Tatra
Pros:

Great location next to ski lifts, easy to walk in ski boots. Restaurant in hotel was really amazing, friendly stuff and delicious food.

Cons:

It would be good to have more entrance keys or entrance code so that everyone can enter the apartment on their own. Also, there was no cleaning service nor towels exchange despite 7 nights stay.
