LullaBella Hotel Patong

We had a visa issue and couldn’t check in on time. They asked us to change the date but when we did they refused to accept it nor refund. So it’s a bad review for us. The price isn’t cheap though and they refuse to negotiate so it’s a no go forever lol

stayed in patong for a weeks, and stayed in lullabella for 4 days, well its the best small hotel ever, great services with great pool. love the stay here

the room comes with everythings needed compared to other places. they provided from hair brush to hair dyer, toothbrush toothpaste, slippers and many others more.

the front desk services was great. and the housekeeping works with huge smiles. the hotel is clean and i think its new. anyway great places to stay

Very overrated and owner lacks experience running a hotel. Also no integrity.
We made 2 bookings well in advance and to ensure we had Christmas and New Year covered. Only to be informed that new management had taken over and no room availability. When we checked Agoda, they were still advertising rooms but at triple the price!! Agoda said they had sorted it by paying the difference so we kept our booking.
They advertise bikes for 300 baht per day but you can get direct from the same shop they use just down the street, number 106, for 200,so they are getting 100 baht extra per day !! No wonder they actively encourage you to hire from them.
There are signs all over about fines for various things like leaving your key in the room is 500 baht fine!! Losing your receipt for 2000 baht deposit means you lose your 2000
baht deposit !!
We had booked a double room on our first booking then a twin room for the second so we were aware we may have had to move.on the day,reception said we had to move so we checked out of our first booking at around 10:30 to give them a chance to clean etc and knew we had to wait until 14:00 to book into our next room - no problem. Reception staff told us that our room is ready but we have to pay 500 baht extra if we want it before 14:00? Then they booked us into another double room? Why move us if we have the same bed?
2 days before New Year we arrive back to our room at 18:00 to find all our belongings packed in a heap. We go down to reception and the Manager says we have to go as the hotel is full and we have no booking? We clearly had and showed him but bottom line is he wanted customers who were willing to pay triple the price of our original booking . In the end Agoda sorted us out thank goodness and we managed to get another hotel the next day. The manager let us stay that night in the end.
The rooftop pool is nice, medium to small size.Lovely view! The sunbeds need mattresses. No umbrellas for shade. Posts are there but no umbrellas.The decking needs repairing in places. Easy fixes to make.
Breakfast is a joke!!!! One of the worst . Cold fried eggs in a tray, same with alternation of mixed rice one day and noodles the next. Also toast.
Walk to Bangla takes a good 20 minutes along a busy road
The rooms are nice enough and they are clean. Thumbs up to the room cleaning.
Definitely not worth paying more than 40 dollars per night.
You will find better hospitality and professionalism elsewhere!!

Liked everything., nice new room, we asked for slightly bigger with table and chairs and moved to one with a bigger balcony 2 chair and table.
Location up a back street suited us quiet.
Hired a scooter to the beach 200 Tbat return a day. Plenty of super markets and 7Elevens. Room was cleaned daily, staff amazing. Roof top infinity pool and out side breakfast.

Bathroom for 4 a bit small
DVD in room would be good with kids
Loved the robe and slippers
Seat and table would be nice on balcony but great hotel
