We booked last minute (two hours before) and still could join the free shuttle. It goes every half hour. Check-in was quick and efficient. We were welcomed by a soft flower fragrant smell in the lobby. Room was reasonable clean and well spaced but the floor didn't feel clean. Hotel was new and looked great. Everytime we passed the kitchen personnel, they were cheerful and greeted us enthusiastic.
Shout out for the kitchen personnel! The doormen were always friendly and helpful.
Nearby was the Robinson mall. It had a Japanese feel and was sooo big, you need a couple of days to cruise it. We would surely come back for the surroundings and further down the street is a market we would like to explore.
From and to the Suvarnabhumi airport is really efficiently arranged by the hotel.
Bathroom was divided by a blind only. Hotels and their delusional architects should stop with this nonsense room lay out.
We asked the lady at the evening reception to provide extra toilet paper, she never took care of it.
The restaurant was beautiful, but with such a classy interior don't use light brown colored paper napkins. Use the thick white ones or better yet, use fabric napkins.
Breakfast was fine at 7.20 am but some things like the fruit stand was not adequately filled in time.
Super Lage in Flughavennähe. Shuttleservice absolut spitze.Um am letzten Tag nochmal ins MBK zu fahren etwas zu weit weg ABER fußläufig ist ein Einkaufscenter und ein Foodmarkt.

All staffs was nice, however, the surroundings area is very convenient
I was disappointed that the breakfasts should be more choices, there was fried instan noodles with vegetable, I never seen I never seen like this at a 5 stars hotel. Iam truly disappointed-tge food is repetitive.

I was given a room close to the main road and traffic noises made it hard to sleep
It’s a great hotel for a short stay, especially if you have a connecting flight. There’s a small mall nearby, as well as a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Bei flüssigem Verkehr ist man in 15 Minuten im Hotel bzw. am Flughafen. Der Garten ist gepflegt, der Pool toll zum Schwimmen, aber auch planschen mit Kindern. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine Menge Auswahl, die Teestation war toll.
Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre bekommen. Hier sollte investiert werden.
Prachtig hotel dichtbij de luchthaven. Warm welkom. Hotel ligt aan een drukke weg met een mooi winkelcentrum en foodcourt vlakbij met bijzonder goed eten. Stukje verderop zit Uniqlo. Uitgebreid ontbijt geserveerd in een sfeervolle ruimte.
Ik wilde lekker gaan zwemmen maar het onweerde maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen. En de airco rook muf.
Beautiful food, great room, convenient location to airport, attentive staff
We don’t have a chance for eating properly breakfast cause we have an early flight. However, the hotel have breakfast boxes available for us to bring them with us. The location is on the main road, easily to find and 15 minutes away from the Suvarnabhumi international airport.
We only stayed one night before we flew out of Thailand. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful.

So gesehen ist die Lage OK.
