Excellent resort
Pros:

Excellent resort in a famous pine tree lined recreational area on the edge of Kyiv. The air is so clean! The hotel is basically a recreational complex with great facilities. It pulls way above its 3 star weight. Brand new, well maintained rooms, excellent hotel! Staff was lovely and pleasant. Getting around is best by car or cab

Pros:

Nice hotel, quiet location. Good, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant food and room service is good as well.

Could sell this hotel more
Pros:

Hotel was really good and in lovely grounds. Only issue was that the cleaner never made the beds although changed the towels and put water in the room. Apart from that it was a lovely hotel. Would like to recommend they market it more, add a few more facilities and this would be a great vacation hotel.

Pros:

I requested cancellation through Expedia as I haven't had a chance to contact hotel directly. Didn't check in and got charges on my cred card. Cancellation was requested within 30 minutes of booking.
