Pros:

Very helpful and professional staff. We only stayed one night as a stopover, but we can highly recommend the service here. Prompt organisation for a taxi in the morning. Reception are always on call to help anytime. Nice clean comfortable rooms for the price.

L’hôtel était idéalement situé, 10min en Grab depuis l’hôtel pour aller dans le centre ville.
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très varié.
Le personnel est très chaleureux et professionnel et n’hésite pas à vous aider si besoin, quant à la chambre conforme a la description et aux photos, on s’y sentait bien. Un agréable séjour passé dans cet établissement. Je ne peux que recommander

Highly recommended for any Surabaya stay. The Suite rooms are exceptional.

Could be better but feels like they are saving their costs at the expense of customer comforts

Bed size was good - bathroom was good. Room size was fine.

Cons:

There was no mini-fridge in the room. Every other hotel I have stayed at has a mini-fridge - this is the only hotel that I have stayed at without a fridge. The WIFI was not secure and poor signal (low bandwidth). You have to login everytime you come back to the hotel.
