Pros:

Lokasinya yg strategis, bed nya nyaman

Could be better but feels like they are saving their costs at the expense of customer comforts
Pros:

Bed size was good - bathroom was good. Room size was fine.

Cons:

There was no mini-fridge in the room. Every other hotel I have stayed at has a mini-fridge - this is the only hotel that I have stayed at without a fridge. The WIFI was not secure and poor signal (low bandwidth). You have to login everytime you come back to the hotel.

Prima hotel op goede locatie voor kort verblijf
Pros:

Receptiepersoneel en portiers waren vriendelijk. Hotel zit op goede locatie.

Cons:

Prima hotel voor een korte overnachting. Badkamer was wel ondermaats qua hygiëne, en het ontbijt en avondeten waren dat ook. Personeel zit veel op de telefoon, lege glazen en borden worden niet weggehaald (er worden gewoon dingen bijgezet) en je krijgt een flesopener als je een drankje besteld zodat je het zelf kan open maken. Daarnaast hangt er een grote TV met beelden van de beveiligingscamera’s uit de keuken in het eetgedeelte, niet helemaal bevorderlijk voor de sfeer.

Pros:

Easy access to indomaret (beside the hotel), kfc (opposite the hotel) and grab. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The aircond in our rooms (big rooms) does not working well, it is quite hot in the rooms. We sleep without using the comforter. The aircond need to service by the technician

Perfect, just a small minor point but its forgiven.
Pros:

I had a suite, after a week in the remote villages and nature hiking im middle Java, I welcomed the comfort of a suite, a good shower, very comfortable bed and space. The food was good, the view of the terrace was unbeatable. The people working there were very friendly and helpfull.

Cons:

If I have to mention one things its the noise of the traffic, the windows were thin glass, but thats the only thing I can think of, I will not hesitate to stay there for a second time when I am in Surabaya.

Convenient location for us. Acceptable quality for our needs.
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it was in the right position for us to catch a bus to Malang. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was convenient and satisfactory…great view. The room was quiet. We loved the roll on the bed, with the pillow.

Cons:

The WIFI was constantly buffering and dropping out. Not great if you have to organise travel. No water was provided. Room service food arrived lukewarm. Extra towels are always good. No fridge available to keep things cool.

Pros:

Good Wifi and close to a market and KFC.

Cons:

The staff stated if I wanted a smoking or non smoking only to tell me that they only have smoking rooms left. Dont think their English was the greatest as she initially said there was a non smoking room available if I wanted it. Staff stated I did not request a non smoking room; well there wasnt that option when I booked. She tried to salvage with an air-fresher but the entire room was already soaked with cigarette smoke from previous stays.

Good value with some flaws
Pros:

Convenient location in the city. Price is reasonable. The restaurant is convenient. Customer service was ok. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel is not in a walkable area. Service seems a bit slow.

Yuck bathrooms
Pros:

Staff were nice, food was good, decent room size and bed was comfy.

Cons:

- Bathroom was very dirty. Shower had grime all over the shower.
- Water from tap and shower was brown.
- Cups and mugs in room were visibly dirty.
- AC unit was leaking water onto the floor.
- All of the bathrooms at the backpacker hostels I've stayed at in Indonesia were cleaner than this.
