Guests coming by car should access the hotel via Lloydstraße, turning right into Barkhausenstraße, turning left into Schleusenstraße and then left into Am Neuen Hafen.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Stand von Anfang an unter einem schlechten Stern und das durchzog leider die kompletten Tage.
Pros:

Gute Lage … nur als Beispiel: Erreichbarkeit Klima Haus gut, Parkplatz hinter dem Haus , Zimmer sehr sauber. Aufzug im Haus. Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick.

Cons:

Personal eher unerfahren und ungeschickt im Umgang mit Gast, Kommunikation innerhalb der Gruppe schlecht, wir mussten wegen Ausfall Heizung vom Hotel in Boarding Haus umziehen, soweit ja ok, wir sollten dann aber am nächsten Tag wieder zurück ziehen …. Echte Zumutung, haben wir auch abgelehnt ….3 Tage da, 3x Koffer packen, nein danke . Es wäre zu mühsam hier alles aufzuzählen, was nicht funktioniert hat…. Der Aufenthalt war einfach ernüchternd und bleibt in schlechter Erinnerung…. Frühstück berücksichtigt weder vegan noch so etwas wie Laktose Intoleranz…. Auch das war eher ernüchternd und in meinen Augen nicht zeitgemäß. Bei Anreise war Zufahrtsweg gesperrt, alternative Route für ortsfremde Personen und sogar Google Maps erstmal unlösbar…. Hier wäre im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung eine kurze Mail an den Gast wirklich ein Muss gewesen… hat aber eben nicht stattgefunden.
Parkplatz ist bei Anreise erstmal nicht als solcher erkennbar, es steht überall reserviert, man erkennt aber nicht für wen, auch das wird vorher mit dem Gast nicht kommuniziert, das muss man alles durch Nachfragen selbst herausfinden. Sehr sehr schade.

Pros:

Pr.achtige ligging. Lekker centraal. Lopend naar het winkelcentrum. Mooie haven. Zeer mooi hotel. Ontbijt was reuze. Veel variatie aan eten. Kamers heel mooi. Op de kamers zelfs een verrekijker. Mooi zicht op de boten op de Weser.

Schoene Tage im Bremerhaven

Hotel liegt direkt am Jachthafen
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in den Hafenwelten zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Zimmer und Frühstück waren sehr gut

Entspannter angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Zimmer, die Ruhe, nettes Personal, Sauberkeit. Es gibt auch Bioeier.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und schön angerichtet. Es ist aber auch noch etwas Luft nach oben.

War ein sehr guter Aufenthalt

Der Service war sehr gut. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Der äußere Schein der Unterkunft ist nicht der hit. Sehr schwer erreichbar, wenn man auf die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angewiesen ist.
