Bon séjour !
Pros:

Nous étions 9 personnes pour un séjour de 3 jours nous avons demandés des chambres à côté et nous étions bien ensemble.
Petit déjeuner à volonté au top par contre dommage nous voulions a 2 fois réservés le restaurant le soir et celui ci était complet alors que nous résidons à l hôtel,heureusement le port avec tous ses restaurants était proche.
Les chambres sont confortables et propres
Le personnel est a l écoute
Nous avons profitez une matinée de la piscine et bar c etait très bien piscine vue sur montagne très jolie .

Pros:

Breakfast was fine but lacked choice - only scrambled eggs and bacon every morning. No omelette or fried eggs or potatoes.

Cons:

The live show goes on until midnight, so you cannot really sleep until after midnight.
Dinner was ok, the fresh fruit and veg were amazing but little choice for protein: only pork every night, never had chicken in 9 days, beef only once.
People smoking everywhere- if you are a non smoker you will struggle but I guess it's everywhere in Italy.

Bellissimo soggiorno in relax
Pros:

Staff eccellente, super disponibile e gentile, siamo ritornati dopo 6 anni con grande piacere. Colazione a buffet con vasta scelta, abbiamo anche scelto di cenare una sera, 25€ con bevande incluse, ampio buffet di antipasti vari e due tipologie di pietanze a scelta di primi, secondi, contorni e dolce. Vicinanza della struttura alla spiaggia di Palmasera, ottimo, servizio in trenino gratuito per i clienti della struttura estremamente comodo. Bellissime anche le serate show organizzate dallo staff nell'anfiteatro.

Cons:

I cuscini del letto un po' bassi, chiasso da parte dei vicini delle stanze accanto anche fino a tarda notte, prese per il telefono non vicine ai comodini, ma tutto assolutamente passabile rispetto al resto, andato benissimo.

Struttura con potenziale, ma da migliorare sotto molti aspetti
Pros:

Il contesto generale della struttura è piacevole e ben tenuto, soprattutto la zona piscina, attrezzata e inclusa nel prezzo, che si è rivelata l’unico vero punto di forza del soggiorno. Col senno di poi, però, una settimana in piscina si può fare ovunque, senza affrontare un viaggio fino a qui.

Cons:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana con la mia famiglia e, purtroppo, devo dire che l’esperienza è stata nel complesso deludente per diversi motivi.

La stanza era piuttosto piccola e avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovo: c’era un marcato odore di chiuso, i materassi scricchiolavano ad ogni movimento e i cuscini, molto bassi, erano praticamente inutili. Il bagno, di dimensioni accettabili, presentava condizioni discutibili: al secondo giorno si è rotto il flessibile della doccia, chiaramente datato. Inoltre, sebbene il pavimento fosse stato passato, dava l’impressione di non essere stato lavato a fondo da molto tempo; dopo una semplice doccia, camminando dal bagno al letto, i piedi diventavano neri. Questo ha rappresentato un limite importante, soprattutto avendo una bambina di un anno che gattona e che, per motivi igienici, non abbiamo potuto far stare a terra.

Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione (avevamo la mezza pensione), il menù è risultato monotono: per tutta la settimana i primi piatti erano sempre gli stessi, con il sugo di pomodoro per le proposte di terra e un unico sugo di pesce proposto con pasta lunga o corta. I secondi variavano poco: pesce stufato con patate o carne di bassa qualità.

The hotel was bigger than we expected. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is very close to the palmasera beach and the pool is clean until lunch time. The parking is easy and safe, you can always find a spot. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

The cleaning is not enough, we stayed for 6 nights and wanted our room to be cleaned every two days but I realized that they don’t change the sheets and they just tidy up the room and clean the bathroom so it is very disappointing when you stay for a long time. Overall, it was a good value for the price.
