Szép környezet, de az ellátás nem 4 csillagos.
Pros:

Nagyon szép környezet, a kert csodálatos. A takarító minden nap járt, az ágyunk a vélemények ellenére kényelmes volt. Közel van a parthoz, de a szálloda kisvasútja levisz a partra. Nagy parkolója van, nem volt gond a parkolás.

Cons:

Nem azt a szobát kaptuk, mint a képeken, nagyon kicsi volt és nem volt ablaka, ami kicsit kellemetlen volt főleg gyerekkel. Írták, hogy van wifi, de sehol nem volt a szállodán belül, a mobilnet rossz volt a hegyek miatt így ez is kicsit kellemetlen volt, hogy nem működött a wifi. Mi csak reggelit ettünk, nyitáskor nem voltak felkeszülve, a 100 asztal közül egyik sem volt megterítve, az előző esti koszos edények voltak rajta, ha pedig később mentünk, akkor meg már nem volt megterítve, nem szedték le a volt reggelizők után a terítéket. Minden reggel a rengeteg asztal közül kb vadásznunk kellett a tiszta asztalt, vagy az evőeszközöket. A szép medencéket nem igazán lehetett használni mert nagyon hidegek voltak.

Pros:

Solamente puedo destacar a dos trabajadores, Gabriel de recepción y Gerardo de mantenimiento. Se nos pinchó la rueda del coche y gracias a ellos pudimos hablar con la compañía de coches, nadie más nos quiso ayudar y en recepción parecía que te salvaban la vida en vez de ayudarte.

Cons:

No me gustó nada, el hotel necesita una remodelación urgente, la mampara de la ducha se rompió el primer día, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, todo súper viejo. El desayuno deja mucho que desear y los trabajadores de recepción salvo el chico argentino de noches, igual. El comedor sucias todas las mesas, tenías que luchar por conseguir un sitio y apenas se reponía la comida.

La ubicación entre montañas, tranquilidad en las playas bien ubicado.

Cons:

El sistema de reservas de las mesas en las comidas, mampara ducha rota, colchón y almohadas muy incómodas, los demás personas alojadas no dejaban descansar hacían ruido, los niños demasiados niños, los camareros tenían siempre mala cara. Pedí insecticida en recepción por los mosquitos y no tenían y me dijeron que ellos tenían el mismo problema si pero no estás pagando por unas vacaciones para que te acribillen los mosquitos ni que fuese Asia. Muebles demasiado viejos, puerta no cerraba bien quedaba un hueco.
