Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker.
Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Es heißt Pflegeprodukte sind vorhanden.
Es waren für 3 Nächte und zwei Personen nur 2 kleine Tütchen zum Duschen vorhanden. Der Inhalt reichte gerade für einmal Duschen. 😞
Es sollten wenigstens pro Person und Tag was vorhanden sein.

Wir haben über booking 3 Nächte gebucht für 210€ inklusive Frühstück.
Bezahlen mussten wir an der Unterkunft aber 233€ ?
Warum konnte uns niemand sagen.

Sauber mit Top Lage und gutem Frühstück

Sauber und die Lage ist Top- sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Badewanne war nicht dicht
Wände sind sehr hellhörig- man hat alle Geräusche im Nachbar-Bad gehört

Kurzer Aufenthalt wegen falscher Ausschreibung.
Pros:

Wir sind gekommen und nach 15 Minuten abgereist.
Die zugesichert Leistung einer Badewanne lt. BOOKING KONNTE NICHT erfüllt werden.
Ausserdem war das gebuchte Comfortzimmer Mini.
Scheinbar ist hier die Vergabe der Zimmer ein Lottospiel.
Das Personal wirkte gestresst und überfordert.

Cons:

Bessere Kommunikation im Vorfeld.
Die Frage per Mail ob eine Badewanne lt Ausschreibung vorhanden ist blieb 2mal unbeantwortet.. So haben wir eine Kaffeefahrt gemacht. Die Parksituation ist ebenfalls mehr als bescheiden.
Sehr Schade das es so gekommen ist.
Warum stimmt der Ausschreibungstext nicht und die Fotos des gebuchten Zimmers??
Fallbeispiele sind bei einem gebuchten Zimmer mehr als unangebracht.

Aufenthalt im Herzen von Harburg
Pros:

Großes Zimmer. Eine große Speisekarte im Lokal und ausgezeichnete Gerichte. Sehr netter und schneller Service.
Und sehr cool die angeschlossene kleine Bar. Unbedingt mal reinschauen.

Schönes Haus mit netten Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Im Badezimmer fehlt in der Dusche eine Ablage . Das ist der einzigste Mangel.
Auch die Speisen am Abend im Restaurant sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Leider hatten wir Hotelgäste über Uns, die mit Getrampel und Gegenständen umherwerfen , den Aufenthalt vermiest haben. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
