Mi experiencia ha sido, sin exagerar, la PEOR Y MAS HORRIBLE, que he tenido utilizando esta plataforma.

Cons:

Pésima experiencia. Información engañosa y total falta de respaldo al cliente. Durante mi estadía, decomisaron mi vehículo sin previo aviso; el hotel nunca informó sobre restricciones mediante una simple llamada a la habitacion. No recibí ninguna llamada ni advertencia, y terminé pagando multas, taxis y perdiendo tiempo en trámites.

Además, el lugar no cuenta con personal capacitado para atender este tipo de situaciones. La gestión fue deficiente y no hubo capacidad de respuesta ni solución.

La situación fue aún más delicada porque viajaba con una persona con movilidad reducida. La plataforma no brindó una solución real. No lo recomiendo.

Pros:

As soon as I arrived the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was huge. It is also in a perfect location. The view from my balcony was incredible.

The beds were very hard and the bathrooms are a bit dated.

Facility was clean and staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was close to central park and easy to get around town.

Cons:

We stayed in 2 rooms. Both got extremely hot. One ceiling fan was not working making it extremely hot during the day the other room’s fan did work but it still got very hot. The beds were like sleeping on concrete
