We were there for a week and it was clean, friendly and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Location was great - walking distance to most of the tourist places, but a little off the main area so quieter. Would definitely stay there again. Free tea & coffee offered all day. Friendly staff. Great restaurant/bar next door.

Cons:

Booked through Booking.com but was getting multiple WhatApp messages to pay in full for a week via their app in advance. No way to tell if it was a scam. I don't mind paying in advance, but it should have gone through Booking. Other hotels I've stayed at in Antigua included some sort of breakfast - desayuno tipico or pastry. Hotel Panchoy offered breakfast at a sister hotel for a fee. With morning classes, I didn't have time to walk to another hotel, get breakfast and walk to the school.

Great hotel in Antigua Guatemala
Pros:

Staff were friendly, good location, walking distance to many places. The room was very clean, great value for the price paid. Good Internet connectuon. The restaurant is not in the facility, it is a few blocks from there, but there is plenty of other places where to eat. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will book it again
