The payment of your reservation is made in the property’s local currency (quetzales). The displayed amount in the currency you choose is indicative and based on the exchange rate at the time the booking was confirmed.
When reserving 3 nights you get a free 1 day pool pass per person, if you reserve 5 or more nights you get 2 (two) 1 day pool passes per person. Os funcionários do hotel são muito gentis. O café da manhã é simples, mas delicioso e tem tudo o que precisamos para provar o café da Guatemala. O quarto é amplo.
The location was excellent, close to everything, and easy to reach the main sightseeing destinations. The reception staff were very supportive, helping me carry my suitcase downstairs and always assisting with any questions I had. They also have a 24-hour front desk service, which made me feel very safe.
I also enjoyed the decorations in the hallway leading to the rooms. There was a small tea and coffee station where guests could take complimentary drinks, as well as a terrace where you could sit and enjoy the view. My room was quite big and spacious, and the bathroom was also large and properly equipped. The room was cleaned every day during my stay.
The walls are quite thin, so you can hear even small noises and whatever is happening in the next room, which may be a problem for some guests. However, I was usually very tired after walking a lot, so I could fall asleep easily. Normally, no one made much noise after 11 pm.
You need to let the water run for a little while before the hot water comes. At first this was confusing for me, but then I got used to it and would turn on the shower a bit before getting in. The room was also a little dark, as the window faced a wall.

Pésima experiencia. Información engañosa y total falta de respaldo al cliente. Durante mi estadía, decomisaron mi vehículo sin previo aviso; el hotel nunca informó sobre restricciones mediante una simple llamada a la habitacion. No recibí ninguna llamada ni advertencia, y terminé pagando multas, taxis y perdiendo tiempo en trámites.
Además, el lugar no cuenta con personal capacitado para atender este tipo de situaciones. La gestión fue deficiente y no hubo capacidad de respuesta ni solución.
La situación fue aún más delicada porque viajaba con una persona con movilidad reducida. La plataforma no brindó una solución real. No lo recomiendo.
Una propiedad cómoda, muy bien ubicada, es tranquila y provee las cosas necesarias para una estadía placentera

As soon as I arrived the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was huge. It is also in a perfect location. The view from my balcony was incredible.
The beds were very hard and the bathrooms are a bit dated.
