The payment of your reservation is made in the property’s local currency (quetzales). The displayed amount in the currency you choose is indicative and based on the exchange rate at the time the booking was confirmed.
When reserving 3 nights you get a free 1 day pool pass per person, if you reserve 5 or more nights you get 2 (two) 1 day pool passes per person. The free pool pass is only valid if someone reserves nights in, April, May, June, August, September and October. It doesn't apply, on high season or Holidays.

TENIAMOS DOS EVENTOS EN EL HOTEL CASA SANTO DOMINGO, Y LA UBICACIÓN NOS QUEDÓ EXCELENTE EN MENOS DE 5 MINUTOS LLEGÁBAMOS.
El hotel tiene potencial, pero esta sumamente descuidado.
La recepcionista gordita un poco pesada, la muchacha de cabello largo y el señor que cubre la madrugada super.
Hay cosas que pueden mejorar invirtiendo un poco de dinero y tiempo.
Espejos ylámparas viejos y oxidadaos, el olor a desagüe, super desagradable, puertas que rechinan, una de las camas aguadas, los bordes de las camas rotos....muebles y azulejos viejos que dan un aspecto sucio y descuidado, la verdad que solo estuvo bueno para dormir y ya...es una lástima porque su ubicación esta buena y tiene un lugar bonito afuera, pero la habitación si fue una estrella caída.
La piscina que ofrecen esta lejisimos.
Para quienes deseamos descansar no es una buena opción, basado en nuestra experiencia no lo recomendaríamos.

Hola, el personal fue muy amable, la habitación grande y hasta con un pequeño patio; muy limpio todo
Sin embargo hay que señalar que el hotel no cuenta con desayuno ni con una cafetería, y que los acabados podrían ser mejores: armarios con manchas de pintura, alacenas que no abren bien, muebles y piso del pequeño patio sin mantenimiento.

Location was great - walking distance to most of the tourist places, but a little off the main area so quieter. Would definitely stay there again. Free tea & coffee offered all day. Friendly staff. Great restaurant/bar next door.
Booked through Booking.com but was getting multiple WhatApp messages to pay in full for a week via their app in advance. No way to tell if it was a scam. I don't mind paying in advance, but it should have gone through Booking. Other hotels I've stayed at in Antigua included some sort of breakfast - desayuno tipico or pastry. Hotel Panchoy offered breakfast at a sister hotel for a fee. With morning classes, I didn't have time to walk to another hotel, get breakfast and walk to the school.
