Chambre malpropre à notre arrivée. Ongles et crachats dans le lavabo. Vieux peignoir en motton dans un coin. Lits plus ou moins faits. Après l’avoir dit à la réception, aucune autre chambre de remplacement offerte et nous avons du attendre que la chambre soit prête… nous avions besoin de la chambre pour nous préparer et ne pouvions l’utiliser. Décevant!

Je connais bien l'OTL de Sherbrooke et je m'attendais à le même hôtel. Ce n'est pas le cas et vos concurrents, comme Le Montagnais offre meix pour moins $.
