I would also like to highlight some positive aspects of our stay:

1. Reception staff:
The reception staff were very pleasant, patient, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know and provided excellent service.
2. Parking:
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I had received three complimentary days of parking. As a result, instead of paying €60, I only paid €30. I truly appreciated this benefit.
3. Lobby:
The lobby was very clean, and the staff on the first floor were extremely friendly and welcoming.
4. Parking attendant:
The gentleman responsible for the parking area was absolutely wonderful. He always welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel that we could rely on him to help us find a parking space. His kindness and consistently positive attitude made a great impression on us.

I would like to thank the staff members who contributed to making our stay more pleasant. Their kindness and professionalism are truly appreciated.

Dear Arena Mar Hotel Management,

I would like to share some concerns regarding our stay at the hotel:

1. Access to the sea:
Although the hotel is located near the sea, the access is not convenient. There is a steep and difficult descent behind the hotel leading towards the beach, which is especially challenging for elderly guests. The height of each step is also disproportionate and makes the descent uncomfortable and potentially unsafe.
2. Bed linen:
The sheets and pillowcases had several yellow stains/spots. We could not understand where these stains came from, and we expected the bed linen to be completely clean and in good condition.
3. Kitchen staff and food:
Unfortunately, some of the kitchen staff were not pleasant or welcoming. In addition, much of the food was excessively salty, and teriyaki sauce was used in an excessive amount in some dishes, which made the food difficult to enjoy.
4. Hot water and noise:
There was no hot water available in the shower, which was very inconvenient. In addition, there were extremely loud and disturbing noises coming from the rooftop area, which significantly affected our comfort and ability to relax.
5. Music in the dining room:
The same songs are played repeatedly in the dining room, over and over again. This became extremely annoying and unpleasant, especially during meals, and significantly affected the overall dining experience.

I hope you will take these comments seriously and look into these issues, as they had a negative impact on our overall experience at the hotel.

Pros:

I really liked the hotel, its an amazing value for the money. Clean and great location, close to the beach (10 minutes walk) and to the bus stop (10 minutes walk). The breakfast buffet is rich.
