Perfect for your Almaty stay
Pros:

Perfetto per un soggiorno ad Almaty. Posizione centrale vicino al parco. Hotel molto pulito, camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Lo staff è molti gentile e ci ha aiutato con la prenotazione del taxi. Il ristorante è molto buono, abbiamo cenato lì e mangiato molto bene. Anche la colazione è ottima e ha tanta scelta.

Цена проживания несколько завышена.
Pros:

Особенно понравился сотрудник, работавший на ресепшн при заселении. Очень клиентоориентированный молодой человек. При выселении были другие сотрудники, по непонятной мне причине, разговаривали со мной "сквозь зубы". Номер и интерьер отеля на 3 звезды не больше, мебель - экономный эконом, но при этом все достаточно чисто.

Cons:

В санузле кто-то явно до меня курил, дверь в сан. узел разбухшая от воды, слышимость через дверь в номер колоссальная, через стены, как мне показалось, звук особо не проходит. Текущий ремонт номеров несколько запаздывает. Выезжала в 6 утра, горничные громко и долго разговаривали на лестнице. С учетом слышимости, это все равно, что они бы говорили в вашем номере в столь раннее время.

Great location!

Cons:

It is quite dated, definitely needs a refurbishment. Like people mentioned previously the water is either hot or cold. The AC didn’t work properly in our room, it just blew air, but didn’t regulate the temperature so it got very hot and stuffy in there. It’s quite pricy for what you get honestly.

I never recommend
Cons:

There is no electricity in the room. I told it when the housekeeper came, but the lady with tattoo (housekeeper) didn’t care about it. And she didn’t help to fix or tell the electrician. She even made fun of what I said by imitating me. Total disappointment
