Pros:

Великолепный отель ,чисто ,комфортно.Кровати очень удобные.Завтраки шикарные.Обслуживающий персонал очень вежливый .Хамам,сауна , бассейн всё работает.Месторасположение отеля очень удобное, всё рядом. Всё понравилось 👍👍👍

لم أرى بأنني اقمت في فندق ابدا الوسائد سيئه للغايه وليس لها صله بأن تكون في فندق اربع نجوم والغرفه جدا عاديه كذلك الإفطار لايوجد به خيارات اول مره أشاهد بيض بارد وكأنه خارج من ثلاجه وهي الوجبه الوحيده التي يمكن ان تتناسب معنا ودورة المياه لايتوفر فيها شفاط معاناه في الشاور بين الماء البارد والساخن

Good hotel to stay with family
Pros:

Location of the hotel was helpful to reach parks and several key places in the city.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent overall, but it would be even better if some food were not cold (eg: omelets).
This was one of few hotels in Almaty with spacious triple room.
Overall, good hotel to stay with family.

Cons:

Quality of certain food presented for breakfast should be improved, especially cheese.
It was quite disappointing to not have any cleaning device in the toilet, despite Kazakhstan being a Muslim country. Bathroom facilities were not in great shape overall.
