Средний отель с хорошим местоположением.
Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение. Хороший завтрак. Большой номер. Пиво в баре на первом этаже отличное.

Cons:

Все уставшее, как будто из социализма ещё 😀. Вид из окна во двор никакой. Полотенца старые.

Perfect location for exploring Almaty
Pros:

I had a very clean and spacious room. The staff was helpful too. The location is perfect!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't to my liking, but that's a personal choice. I think they could benefit from a tour desk or tie-up with experienced tour guides.

Overall, it was a nice stay. I do recommend it.
Pros:

Nice location. Lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

Cons:

At first the room was too small. Next reservation I got a bigger room. Very nice.

Отличная локация и очень комфортабельный отель
Pros:

Отличная локация, недалеко станция метро, парк, Зеленый базар, алма-атинский Арбат. Большое количество точек общепита на любой вкус и кошелек. В номере просторно, все работает как надо, комфортная кровать. Хороший выбор в меню на завтрак. Вечером работает терасса. Есть бассейн и СПА, но в этот раз не получилось посетить. Вежливый и гостеприимный персонал

Nice hotel in a great location. Stay ruined by noisy guests.
Pros:

The hotel itself was good, my issues here were with the other guests.
The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the parts of the city I most wanted to see.
Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged several tours for me.
Room was very big, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and everything worked well.
Breakfast was okay .
The restaurant served top quality food.

Cons:

Noise!
Three nights running I was woken in the night by noisy guests. The first time was at 5 am when a large group were checking out. When I complained I was advised that as they were checking out it wouldn't happen again. The next night I was woken at 1am by guests in the next room singing and dancing in the corridor. I had to deal with this myself. Again on complaining I was advised that they had since checked out and it wouldn't happen. The next night I was woken again at 2am by drunken guests coming home. The manager was in the corridor but he was making as much noise banging on their door shouting at them and talking to staff on his walkie-talkie radio. Again I was advised that the guests were checking out and it wouldn't happen again.
On top of this it was impossible to catch up on sleep during the day as the room was located next to the cleaning cupboard and once the staff started work there was constant door slamming talking and again the dreaded crackle of the walkie-talkies.
Whilst noisy guests are not the hotels fault I do think the walls here are paper thin and noise echos through the corridrs
It all proved too much in the end and I checked out halfway through my stay.
