Well-situated and superb customer service
Pros:

I love how the hotel is just a walking distance to Ascension Cathedral. It was also near the Green Bazaar and Rakhat Chocolate Factory which was perfect for buying souvenirs.

The staff were also very accommodating and allowed us to extend an hour after the check out time with no fee as we requested for an extension to make sure we finish packing all our stuff.
