Great stay
Pros:

Nice outdoor seating, close to shops. Walking distance to nice coffee shops and restaurants. Great variety at breakfast. Huge room and friendly pleasant staff. Price of hotel was good also.

Cons:

I wish I had more time to do different tours. We asked for an extra pillow as there was only one and that was delivered quickly.

Pros:

Отель очень порадовал. Номер большой. Даже с дополнительной кроватью было очень просторно. Много мест для хранения, большой шкаф и даже комод. Очень большая душевая кабина. Убирались каждый день. Полотенца меняли, воду, шампуни и косметические средства докладывали и всегда в трёх комплектах. Завтраки нормальные. Без изысков, но вполне достойные. Ресторан хороший, все вкусно. Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый и на ресепшен и обслуживание номеров и в ресторане. Расположение отеля отличное. В 5ти минутах от Арбата. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус
Мебель да не новая, кровати и постельное белье не изысканное, полотенца не все идеально новые, но я считаю что своих денег отель точно стоит! Мы остались очень довольны.

Cons:

Кофе машина в ресторане не очень хорошая. Даёт только эспрессо и американо.
СПА комплекс не понравился: бассейн перегреи как джакузи, хамам тоже перегрет.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem minus Punkt.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr schönem Zimmer.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Frühstück mit einer sehr großen Auswahl.
Sehr gute Lage.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir einen minus Punkt: Die Sauberkeit von unserem Zimmer.
Die Reinigung vom Zimmer war sehr schlecht. Man hat nur das Bett gemacht.
Schade, vor 1 1/2 Jahren war die Zimmerreinigung sehr gut gewessen.
