Location; just outside Wood Green (Piccadilly line). The restaurant (different business) was very nice.
Everything else, cleanliness (or lack of), facilities (dirty toilets, only 2 sinks in the shared bathrooms on my floor), creaky floorboards. Waited 1 hour for check in as nobody was available - maintenance checked me in but couldn’t answer any questions as it wasn’t actually their job. Price wise you can actually get better deals elsewhere.
Stayed as seeing a band at Alexandra palace. Good location bus runs outside

The listing doesn't make it clear whether it's a hotel or a hostel and having stayed there I still don't know. It's either a good hostel with lots of private rooms or a very basic hotel with shared bathrooms. Good location for Ally Pally. Interesting bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Good security
There was a wedding reception directly above my room. It finished around midnight but that's still not ideal. The shared toilets and showers were a bit basic
The reception team are really helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of Alexandra Palace. It is priced according to the facilities. The Oita restaurant underneath the rooms serves nice Japanese food.
There are no carpets so it is very noisy; every footstep can be heard! The windows don’t open so it was stuffy, despite the weather being cool. It’s very basic and could do with a full refurbishment.

I have stayed at the Green Rooms before when working at Alexandra Palace. The location for there is perfect and it really is home from home. Amazing reception staff and cleaners who do a wonderful job. Everything we need

I liked the location.
I didn’t like the hotel because it was very old. In the room I stayed in, one of the windows had a broken pane of glass, which made the room cold at night. The bathroom was shared, and on top of that, it was located quite far away, in another part of the hotel. Considering all these issues, I don’t think the price was reasonable, as the accommodation did not meet the standard I would expect from a proper hotel room in London.

We booked a room for 2 people with one bed. Apparently it is not king size or whatever. The bed was so small that we barely could sleep. Is ok for one person definitely not for the couples
