Pros:

I had booked a walker for my stay in Darwin, the hotel was happy to store it for two days until my arrival. Also Coles Online was delivered to my room and into the fridge. The location was perfect for the Mitchell Street nightclubs and having a one bedroom apartment it was away from the noise of Mitchell Street making it very private.

Cons:

Staff could do with some disability awareness training, telling someone with a walking stick it is not far too walk is not always helpful.

Central location within walking distance to many places in the CBD. Access to gym across the road and nearby golf course was great.

Good location. Good apartment layout. Clean. Small things could be better.

The location was good. The apartment layout was exactly what we required. Everything was clean. We were surprised that the apartment was serviced the first 2 days that we were there - we weren't expecting that - but it wasn't serviced after the first 2 days!

Cons:

None of these were huge problems for us. There was a smell like fish whenever we entered our room - that disappeared whenever the aircon was on but came back when the aircon was off. The fan in the bedroom was not working when arrived - they 'fixed' it but the lowest speed was so slow that it was useless and the next speed was far too fast so we couldn't use the fan at all. The crockery etc was quite sparse - only 1 cup and only 1 drinking glass. None of it matched but that was no big deal for us. It looked like these were sourced from someone who was throwing out unwanted items.

Great place to stay, central to the center of Darwin and transport, most of all great people.
Pros:

The room was as displayed on the site and very comfortable. we had some issues with the furniture which was corrected as soon as we notified the staff. the best part of the stay was the staff, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Across the road to the hotel is a club who moved the music speakers outside and blasted the area on the first 4 nights until 3:00am, the staff were apologetic and had complained to the local authorities but had no control over the venue.
