Great location with poor servicing of the rooms.

No making up of the room for the duration of the stay. We had to request more toilet paper, milk, tea, clean cups etc. This was very disappointing. I was told that they do not service the rooms on the weekend. People still need toilet paper on the weekend, and we pay premium rates to stay in the hotel over the weekend.

Great location. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Lots of hair at the back of the toilet on the floor and also in the shower pushed up along the floor.
We had a light outside shining through the curtin of a night.

Pros:

Central location for an overnighter on our way to airport.

Mouldy, cracked sink in bathroom, dank smell in room, overpriced for very basic amenities.

Positive experience, other patrons were friendly, felt safe
Pros:

Nice to have pool towels, and the availablity to have a shower in the pool bathroom.

Also being able to go to the gym was a highlight for us country folk!

Good security car park for hire car! Very handy

The shutter blind, was great for keeping room dark for sleep ins!

Cons:

Fan only has a very slow speed and a very fast speed.

I had to share my bed with my teenage daughter as I thought we booked a room with 3 beds! But we made do.

When the room was freshened up, the coffee and milk wasn't replaced each day.

Lovely except for the night club opposite
Pros:

It was well located , the room was spacious and the bathroom new.

Cons:

It is opposite an open air nightclub that doesn’t close until 3 am. Didn’t realise there was outside
Metal blinds that could be closed to block out the noise more until the 3rd night. Be handy if the check in staff mentioned it seeing as they knew we would be facing the road and the nightclub.

Pros:

The hotel is central with easy walking distance to most things. I would definitely book into the secure car parking if you have a vehicle as there is limited parking. Staff are lovely and rooms are clean.

Cons:

A bit of outside music from clubs of a night, but being on the 3rd floor it didn't keep us awake.
