Easy walk to Waterfront and bus terminal

Location was right next to where I wanted. Walking distance to everything and very comfortable. Staff were amazing 🤩 too.
Room was very clean. Bed was comfy, two twins made into a king. Pillows were very good. Excellent water pressure in the shower and good hot water. Internet was reasonably fast. Front desk staff was helpful. Great location, easy walking distance to many restaurants and pubs, about1.5KM to the waterfront area. Held luggage for us.
Room was a little small with the king bed. Inadequate desk space for both of us to do anything at the same time. Fridge was tiny and the freezer wasn't great/

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Lots of hair at the back of the toilet on the floor and also in the shower pushed up along the floor.
We had a light outside shining through the curtin of a night.
The location
No making up of the room for the duration of the stay. We had to request more toilet paper, milk, tea, clean cups etc. This was very disappointing. I was told that they do not service the rooms on the weekend. People still need toilet paper on the weekend, and we pay premium rates to stay in the hotel over the weekend.

Fan only has a very slow speed and a very fast speed.
I had to share my bed with my teenage daughter as I thought we booked a room with 3 beds! But we made do.
When the room was freshened up, the coffee and milk wasn't replaced each day.
Central location for an overnighter on our way to airport.
Mouldy, cracked sink in bathroom, dank smell in room, overpriced for very basic amenities.
