925 Ocean Boutique Hotel

We had a great time on the beach and the staff were amazing. They had great ideas and very helpful.

I did not feel comfortable staying here. First I thought would be nice location. But the area was not very nice. Many smokers outside of their rooms which are very close to one another so non smokers like myself are inhaling it. The air conditioner in the room was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Other things inhabitants sitting around coughing a great deal with no masks or bothering covering mouths during a pandemic. Lots of drinking and beverages bottles etc. left outside rooms in tight spaces. I stayed one night and immediately booked a room not to far away. I spoke with the hotel to ask for my money back for two nights and received no help there. Hotels.com also has not provided a way to handle cases like this. Overall would never recommend this place other than desperate times.

The size of the room we stayed in, for the price we paid was excellent. We only stayed 3 nights, but this place would be excellent for longer stays.

Great place, nice ocean view from our window and balcony. Clean nice spacious 1 bedroom apartment.. Will come back there for sure... We staid there from Dec 27 to Jan 2 2020..beach in 3 minutes walk.

Worked out great for us. Location and rate were good value. Owner is doing a number of upgrades. Chris the on site manager was super helpful and accommodating.

the room was dirty the bedspread was dirty it was a dark color and has not been washed in a long time, the bathtub was dirty I had to clean it, it had yellow paint in it and the color was beige, the room was extremely small, like a room for an employee to live in. I complained to the management 3 people I did not like the room and they said they had nothing else available they were booked. I would like my money back from hotels.com???? I am upset I had a man attack me last night who was 2 rooms away outside he was banging the walls with a dog barking all the time. it was an upsetting experience, it is not a hotel, it is a low-class motel with dirty doors on every room, light blue with dirt all over the doors, for $131.00 I could have stayed at the embassy hotel which is nice, it was only $25. more. it was not good.the pool was cold it said it was heated, it was creepy staying there.

I want to say it was the owner (he was very nice and accommodating & made sure we were content)
As for the maintenance man , well, he needs to change his tampon.
We loved this place, it had a cozy vibe & great prices.
Location was perfect .

The location could not have been better. We were on the beach in 5 minutes!!

Room was nothing like photos. ‘Kitchen’ was a card table, tv in adjoining room sounded as if it was mounted directly behind the bed in my room

The room smells like stale cigarettes- yuck and the paint in peeling - it def needs a facelift.
The staff was helpful and very nice And the location is great.

I would certainly stay here again! It was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. This is was very family friendly motel! Can't beat the location either! Standing at the door to my room, I could see the ocean. It is one block from the ocean and about a half mile walk to the fishing pier and restaurants.

The owners are very nice and the place is quaint. I had a very nice stay for what I needed.

Our family weekend was cut short by our decision to leave early. After having witnessed a fist fight in the parking lot the first day and observing the clientele of this particular hotel we realized that this was NOT a place for peaceful family retreat. The amount of smoking taking place outside each room precluded one to catch any fresh air near the property where everyone seemed to chainsmoke constantly. Rooms were not well utilized and the AC unit could not cool the room down to a comfortable level to sleep at night. Kitchen was equipped with pot, pans and disches one would get from a flea market. When two "working girls" emerged from their apartment to meet their "friends" in the parking lot we knew that we had made a mistake in selecting this hotel for our stay. When
I mentioned this to Audrey, the manager, she seemed more concerned about the room not being cool enough for us and down play our other observations. As a word of caution to anyone ~this is not a place for a nice family stay!!!
