L'espace extérieur, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

L'eau marron et froide. Pas de choix au bar "même pas de coca". La vétusté des chambres, pour le prix franchement il y a beaucoup mieux.

If you think to stay in Zagora stay there it worth the money
Pros:

The hotel was very good in the old days. Now is a good place to stay if compared with the other hotels in the vicinity but the hotel is getting old and some maintenance must be done.
Breakfast is in the minimum acceptable.

Cons:

Maintenance in the rooms must be done quickly

Pros:

I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. The condition of the doors locks and general maintencenwas poor. Avoid this hotel if you can.

In 30 yrs as a indipendant motorcycle traveller in Morocco I have never before had such insulting behaviour. Booked room as Twin beds for myself and fellow bike rider travelling on a budget . Hoteliers kept insinuating that we would like to share a double bed and thought they were being very funny. They showed us two double bed rooms before I insisted on twin beds. Treated with suspicion throughout our stay and demanding payment for individual drinks and meals with urgency.

Poor amd weak wifi only at reception which ich cold windy amd smoky to sit and and use poor wifi . Extra chargers to pay at check out for booking.com which actually Hotel needs to pay and not the customers.

Nice hotel, great pool andcgreat bar. Big bedroom and bathroom.

Cons:

Poor wifi. No hot water. Both seem to be exceptions. I guess I just wasnt lucky.
