Groot hotel met fijne grote kamer, groot zwembad en dichtbij loop afstand centrum Zagora.

Hôtel bien placé et le personnel est au petit soin.

J’ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel , la décoration, les chambres spacieuses

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très pauvre , Clim qui fonctionne presque pas , on arrive pas à se doucher tellement l’eau est chaude , piscine pas toujours propre à cause des feuilles des palmiers autour .

Hygiëne was ver zoek, bij het avondeten vroeg ik even om te wachten dat ik kon kijken op Google wat wat was, persoon bleef 4 keer vragen wat ik moest hebben, tot ik mijn stem verhefte, dan begreep hij ineens wat ik bedoelde. Kauwgom die tegen de muur hangt, stoel vol kruimels,…
2x gevraagd of mogelijk was om een massage te verkrijgen 2x geen reactie gekregen.

Nice hotel that could do some improvements
Pros:

Location, pool area, garden, children park and rooms were nice. Girl at the pool bar was also friendly.

Cons:

The hotel could improve general maintenance, seems like it had better times. The man at the reception of the afternoon/night shift could also improve hospitality skills, he was unable to look for a taxi to the airport, apparently he didnt know any way or service to book a taxi in advance, nor the approximate price, but had zero interest of at least looking on the internet to help us a bit. The service at the restaurant unbelievable slow.
