What a little slice of paradise in paradise. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel with our group of friends. The staff was attentive and communicative.

Very nice and clean property staff is very nice. Like that. All shopping and dining was close by and beach. Love the pool area. Had a beautiful time.

This place Marks all the boxes. Rebecca and McKenzie. Do a tremendous job with keeping the place clean, and Francisco is a fantastic maintenance person who is always Ready to help.

The hotel is very colorful and quiet despite the fact it's right at central area. 5 mins walks from the Pier, the beaches and close to all restaurants and bars. The hotel facility is clean, room is spacious and clean as well. Continental breakfast included. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend for anyone to stay here when travel to Puerto Vallarta.

Friendly, clean and great Zona Romantica location.

I love the colorful ambiance it gives right when you enter the hotel. The staff was so nice and attentive. The beds are comfortable and the AC works great. Restaurant is too stinking cute, we took pictures in there a few times because of the decor. The beach is only one block away which made it very easy to come & go. We will definitely come back in the future.

Place was great. Calm and quiet. Tons of dining around. Beach was 2 blocks away. Would stay here again!

Amazing hotel and the staff is very friendly

The staff was very friendly amd attentive. They took care of a couple of concerns and requests immediately. The room was comfortable and had good water pressure and great AC. The hotel is walking distance to everything in ZR.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming, family-owned boutique hotel.
The artwork, the location, the cleanliness, and the sweet breakfast were all perfect. I also made wonderful friends with the staff, who truly made me feel at home. Beautiful memories were created through happy moments and endless sunsets. I couldn't ask for more. I’ll definitely be back!

Cons: consider changing mattresses that have indentations.

Cute and quaint hotel. Excellent service from Luis and all staff were friendly and helpful. Great location central to many good restaurants and walkable stops. Also, breakfast was great to have every morning. My only take away on star was the bed was made up pretty, mattress could be more comfy. Overall, it was a great stay. I would consider again for my next stat in Zona Romantica.

It starts with a tradition: a sip of the magical waters, a connection between guests. You had to be there to experience it. There was one small annoyance for me, a small bed. But the joyful accommodation of the staff, the whimsical decorations everywhere, murals and angel wings and positive messages on the steps made the entire experience large, enjoyable, unique. Go for it.
