CON: ant infestation that i had to kill n spray some of outdoor bug spray to make sure it wont come back.
Has a stink that needs to pour some antibacterial liquid down the drain.
Needs a deeper clean.
Bedroom AC system leaks water middle of the night that wakes me up with a noise.

PRO: everyone super nice.
Walk is 3 to 6 min to BTS.
Beadroom tv has lots of channels.

Lovely pool.Great area in Sukhumvit. Fairly quiet, multicultural, lots different eats, close to supermarket. Near to Easy to use BTS SkyTrain.

Hotel is quite good. It is clean, people are very friendly and opened. Location is great. Hostel is in the center of the city, you can reach every touristic

Bad quality buildig with street noise (as if window was open) and little noise absorption. Cheap fittings. Tap in bathroom broken. Shower water temperature control difficult. Terrible location to get to by taxi/grab

I didn’t not like the price as it’s higher than other hotels around and the property pics on Agoda doesn’t match the reality.

I like the location - less than 5 minutes walk from Nana BTS. Plenty of places to eat and drink, and a really quiet neighbourhood at night. The decor of the room is modern but the cleanliness can be improved. I discovered the microwave had not been cleaned on my arrival and there were some issues with mouldiness in kitchen and bathroom - you can smell it in the bathroom. It didn't deter me too much but I think a good thorough clean plus daily maintenance by housekeeping will make it much better. The size of the room is good as I had plenty of room to feel relaxed. If the hotel can pay extra attention to hygiene then I would give it a better rating.

Amazing as the photos shown are exactly what I get when I stay in, no gimmicks! The WiFi is clear and good. The service staff at the front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. No regrets for the price you pay... photo shared is a great food place on the outskirts of Bangkok

We had either cold or super hot water to shower. The air-conditioner smells weird if we set it at a higher temperature; the smell is gone below 19 degrees; probably they don’t really clean the air conditioner that often. The room was alright for the price and near to Nana station too. But for the price, we expect something more comfortable.

房間與相片不相乎，職員說沒可以換房，因為相片不是真實指攝，是廣告照片。夜上回去時，整條街沒街燈，又黑、又嗅、又恐怖。我們兩母女真的很心驚膽跳，女子真的不要選這間，大堂又小又嗅。房內有洗衣機，但沒有哂衫設備。

This last time i will stay in this hotel i don’t want to stay here again

Nice place to stay, very near to bts just a 5 min walking distance. A lots of Resturant in the surrounding & a not large supermarket at Soi 5 ( food land )

It's new, furnished yet lack of details and poorly maintained. I wanted to love this place but there were many things that irritates me. I wanted to use the washing machine yet could not find any detergent which I got from a mart after. I had a challenge adjusting the water heater in the shower and it goes either too cold or too hot. The drainage were all sealed and I had to open up to let water flows in the shower area and basin (weird design). There was no hooks or racks for my towels and clothings in the bathroom which I thought were basics. My toddler slipped twice while staying at this apartment, once in the shower area and once at their lobby because there was water on the floor (it could be a one off incident but I came back on a separate occasion and still found water on the lobby floor). On day of check-in, I was told about the children play area, the next day I went with my toddler and found it poorly maintained despite it being new and aircon not turned on (Equipments in gym next door also not even plugged and on). I had to go to the front desk and trouble the staff to help me switch the aircon on which she was asking me 'now?'. My check-in was done by their security officer (staff ended work), and was asked for passport and credit card. 3000b baht was charged to my credit card was untold at the start, I found out on my card bills on my own and now had to email and asked what is it about (security deposit?). You may consider staying here for the good location.

公寓式的房間很喜歡，房間覺得2位住很足夠囉！！交通也很方便離捷運站滿近的，因為是酒店式公寓，所以沒有供應早餐

BTSのNANA駅近くで場所は良いが、NANA駅から歩くと微妙に遠いなぁ〜と感じました。
あとは、5階に泊まったのですが廊下が臭い…
4日間居ましたが、臭いまま。シャワーのお湯も緩いまま。
基本、外出しており寝るだけだったのですが、もう利用はしませんね。

It was a bad experience to stay in this hotel. Since I was late check in due to my flight delay - there have no staff who is understand English when i am going to check-in at front desk.
Room is kind of dirty particularly on the bed sheet which I strongly believe it doesn’t change after the last tenant checked out. Water pressure is not strong enough unless you are happy with using a cold water for shower. The only advantage is the location of this apartment is really close to BTS Nana station; its about 3mins walk and its always have Taxi or Tuk-tuk waiting for you. A few pub are just right downstairs; sure things it is not for couple or family but good for all single travelers.

Super new residence with nice room and top roof, seems like you are moving in your new apartment, but still missing some basic amenities. Nice staff, good location if you wanted to experience Bangkok's nightlife.

Pros; The room I rented was actually quite nice as it has a balcony , separate bedroom, separate bathroom (shower - no tub) and separate living room with a nice sofa & tv. There is also kitchen combo with a small dining table. The kitchen had pots pans etc so you could cook your own meal AND there was a high tech washer/dryer combo which I did use. Add to that a full size fridge so it would be more like staying in an apartment then a hotel .
The receptionist were all VERY nice and helpful BUT be warned of limited hours for check in!!

Cons: Located on SOI 7 which is a few minutes short walk from the party / dining spots on SOI 11. Other than Beer Garden (sports) Bar there really isn't anything to do on SOI 7 but remember the "Hot" party / dining spots are only 5 minutes away (by walking).
There are NO telephones in the room but there is wifi.......
ALSO, THE KEY IS A RFID LIKE CHIP AND HAS THE NAME OF ARIVA (POSTED ON FRONT OF HOTEL) AND THE ROOM NUMBER (ON RFID LIKE CHIP) SO IF YOU LOOSE IT YOUR CAN BE EASILY LOCATED - MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK INTO ERASING THE NAME ON THE KEY PACKAGE!!
The street is more like a residential street so it isn't well lit like SOI 11 but at NO time did I feel threatened..
