Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Discreta colazione.

Cons:

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Dimensione della stanza assolutamente inaccettabile. Finestra da cui non si può vedere fuori e non si può aprire. Bagno che ricorda quello di un aereo. Cattivo odore. Nessuna dotazione in camera. Siamo andati via due giorni prima del previsto nonostante avessimo pagato per l'intero soggiorno.

Location was quiet but convenient - close to Nishiki Markets and Karasuma station, with a Lawson and lots of little rest
Pros:

Very comfortable and well located accommodation- loved the complimentary extras such as afternoon tea, happy hour, coffee and massage chairs.

快適に過ごせました。朝食には工夫の余地あり
Pros:

●お部屋の快適さ: エアコン（個別空調）と空気清浄機の稼働音がとても静かで、快適に過ごせました。
●​ラウンジサービス: 常にドリンクやおやつ類が用意されており、外食に出かけなくても満足できる充実ぶりでした。
●​大浴場: こじんまりとしてはいますが、可もなく不可もなくシンプルな作りです。大浴場があるだけでもありがたいと感じました。
●​朝食: 全体的にそこそこ美味しく満足できました。和食と洋食のフュージョン料理を美味しく感じるかどうかは人それぞれだと思います。

Cons:

●ラウンジの利用ルール: 提供されているおやつの種類はやや少なめで、外部からの持ち込みも禁止されているため、寛ぎの場としてのポテンシャルが少し活かしきれていない印象を受けました。
●​アメニティ（スリッパ）: スリッパがワンサイズしか用意されていませんでした。宿泊者の6〜7割が欧米系の方々だったため、大柄な方向けの大きめサイズがないのは少し不思議に思いました（標準的な日本の足のサイズであれば問題ありません）。
●​ランドリー: コインランドリーの料金が1回400円と、やや割高に感じました。
●​朝食会場の混雑: 欧米からの混雑・利用客が多いにもかかわらず、コーヒーマシンが1台しか設置されておらず、常に長蛇の列ができていたのが残念でした。
●​お部屋の広さ: 同グループの「ホテルインターゲート大阪梅田」と同じ「スーペリアツインルーム」に宿泊しましたが、梅田に比べると京都のほうが少し狭く感じられました。
●​朝食の内容と構成: 欧州系ゲストを意識してか洋風寄り・創作系のメニューが散見されましたが、これらは好みが分かれるところかと思います。京都で本格的な和食を堪能したい方には少し物足りなく感じるかもしれません。実際、多くの西洋人ゲストはシリアルやパンを中心に召し上がっていた印象ですので、和食メニューは変に捻らず、もっと王道な和食を充実させても良かったのではないかと感じました。（※全体的なクオリティとしては、同グループの梅田や、郷土料理に定評のあるVesselホテルなどの他チェーンに比べるとやや控えめな印象です。）

Great location, excellent facilities and friendly/helpful staff.
Pros:

Accessibility to the train atation, cocktail hour in Lounge area with food and drinks complimentary, the staff was extremely helpful and the free coffee and water machines were a huge plus! Washer and dryers were also very convenient. Compared to hotels in Tokyo and Hiroshima, this is the best! I highly recommend.

Cons:

The food, convenience to public transport, helpful staff and coffee available at all times. We were very happy with our stay.

This is in the top range of best hotels I've ever stayed. Everything is amazing, from the simple luxuries in the room, to the communal bath, to the design of the hotel to the breakfast. Everything is top notch.
