Pros:

Very quiet hotel, great public bath, free massage chairs and lounge with snacks and drinks, professional and helpful staff, laundry room.

Cons:

I missed looking out of the window, even just to see the weather or street lights. Having a window to the street that you can't see through is bizarre. Eventually you get used to.

Nice hotel and location. With a small adjustment lounge can be great as well! Breakfast was top!!
Pros:

Walking distance from metro, temples, shopping street, but still relatively quite area in the center/side street

Cons:

Lounge acces is nice, but very basic (only 1 cocktail of the day, or wine. Soda, beer or other cocktails not available. Snacks is limited to nuts, olives and chocolate fountain)

Was great hotel, great value for money - as Mother and daighter we enjoyed our stay very much
Pros:

Great breakfast: many western high quality options (fruits, yogurt , French toast , scrambled eggs) Great lunge .. refreshing beverages and small snacks.
Good location.
The staff was very helpful and nice.
Especially on check out day - helped us so much to order the Taxi, and the tall nice guy - helps us to make it with 3 big suitcases into the Taxi itself … and reminded us to ask the Driver the exact location of drop off in Kyoto Station.
This was amazing service, done so kindly. Thank you 🙏 ✈️

お得、お風呂もとっても綺麗でした。
Pros:

なんといっても、朝食のメニューが多彩で、しかも美味しい😋

Cons:

夕方のラウンジの利用時に、ワイングラスや、少なくなったメニューの補充が追いついていなかったことですが、スタッフの方にこえをかけたところすぐに、気持ちよく対応してくれました。
