とても快適でした。

Lo mejor, el personal.
Pros:

El personal es increible. Nos atendieron excepcionalmente bien en todo momento. Me olvidé una tablet en mi habitación y me la enviaron a mi hotel en Tokio. La limpieza de lo mejor también. La ubicación muy buena

Melhor hotel que me hospedei no Japão.
Pros:

Os quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis. O chuveiro é ótimo, travesseiro macio e edredom na medida. Tem sempre máquina de café e bebidas varias a disposição dos hóspedes. Fim do dia tinha snacks e drinks deliciosos também, incluindo cascata de chocolate (amamos!!). A cadeira de massagem é um plus que adoramos: excelente para relaxar depois de andar muuuito! O Olsen é simplesmente incrível.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo; recomendo muito!

Amazing location, just a short walk away from nishiki market and so much great food and shopping. Very clean and comfortable and room for our portacot. Onsen facilities also very clean and never very busy when we went. Would recommend!

Will stay again at am Intergate hotel in Japan!
Pros:

Very professional staff willing to assist you. Really enjoyed the communal “happy hour”! It was a good way to relax after a day of exploring and visiting Kyoto.

日当りも良く、朝食美味しく良かった。

部屋の掃除が少し出来てなかった、洋式トイレの周りが少し飛び散った跡がありショックだった。
