Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotele war okay, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber.

Good value for money if visiting the area.
Pros:

The views were nice and lovely plants in the garden. The staff were very good, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was no on-site restaurant. The facilities in the room were basic, and the sound traveled from other rooms. The resort was tired, there were to spa treatments available during our stay.

Nice view to the mountains from our room.
Great environment ... great garden ... nice pavilions ... stunning view from the restaurant to the mountains.
Friendly staff.
Room with all facilities: [ water boiler & instant coffee ] & [ New TV ] & [ Bottles of water ] & [ Fridge ].
Large comfortable bed.
Sanitary with all facilities.
GREAT AMERICAN BREAKFAST 👏

Cons:

The Resort is getting older ... so more difficult to compete with the new projects all around.

I wished that I stay more days to explore the area. It is next to the Phu Ruea national park.
Pros:

It's very difficult to find this hotel because in Google GPS the hotel does not have a English name only in Thai. But if you search for Route 21 restaurant it's the same place.
The location is fantastic. Come up to see the mountains it's right there and your room has a direct view. Air is fresh and cool. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The sweet and sour pork was delicious. Fresh ingredients from the local mountain area.
It's a older hotel but the rate is very good and a bargain for the mountain location.
The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I think it's a family business.
Plenty of parking for your car. It's right of route 21 so call the restaurant Route 21.

Cons:

I paid only 801Baht that included a set breakfast. The room is a bit old but everything works. I am happy with it and will come back.

Try a different place!
Pros:

2 star resort with 4 star price, view from balcony was lovely but couldn't use because of the mosquitoes. Linen stained and smelt of previous occupants.
Breakfast was poor, no fresh coffee.
