Pros:

La gestion de mon dossier relève de l’amateurisme, car ne trouvant pas ma réservation que j’avais réglé sur hotel.com ils ont décidé de me prélever une deuxième fois directement sur ma carte bancaire en me précisant que cela s’annulerais dès qu’il retrouverait ma réservation payée. J’ai donc fait confiance mais à ce jour sur mon compte bancaire j’ai bien été prélevé deux fois. Malgré un message envoyé sur la messagerie je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé.

Pros:

Que vous aimiez les sensations fortes ou non, ce petit hôtel de montagne est charmant. On se sent comme à la maison grâce à la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La cuisine du restaurant est simple mais bonne. Je recommande vraiment cette adresse.
