没有电梯，上下楼实在太不方便，服务标准差，房间没打扫过，床上用具仍是旧的，遗留物品一堆，最后让管理人员重新布置。感觉特别不好，以望以后在酒店介绍上加上电梯。酒店需管理整改

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das war das einzig gute hier!

Cons:

Bei Ankunft sehr durstig gewesen - es gibt in der Unterkunft KEINE Getränke!!! Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Die Fotos wurden gemacht und danach war anscheinend niemand mehr zum Putzen oder sonstigen drin. Dreckig, Schimmelig, Haare liegen vom Vorgänger noch herum. Unter dem Bett steht der Dreck. Handtücher sehr klein, schmutzig und muffig. Das Frühstück gruselig.Ei kaputt gekocht, Kaffee nur löslich, möchte man einen von der Maschine zahlt man extra. Parkplätze nur für zwei Autos vorhanden, Gassen sehr eng.

The hotel is on a small hill, but not a big problem, because most of Sarajevo is on a hill there is nice well light path to the hotel
