Einige Steckdosen im Zimmer waren ohne Funktion und auch der Föhn war defekt. Die Schalldämmung ist praktisch nicht vorhanden – es machte überhaupt keinen Unterschied, ob die Zimmertür offen oder geschlossen war. Man hört jedes Geräusch aus dem Flur und den Nachbarzimmern.

Unser Sohn musste auf einer Federkernmatratze schlafen, bei der jede einzelne Feder deutlich zu spüren war. Am nächsten Morgen hatte er starke Schmerzen und fühlte sich völlig gerädert. Erholsamer Schlaf war dort nicht möglich.

Frühstück: Kostenlos gab es lediglich Nescafé. Wer einen normalen Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine trinken wollte, musste diesen zusätzlich bezahlen – für uns völlig unverständlich. Das Frühstück selbst war äußerst dürftig und die Auswahl sehr begrenzt.

Der absolute Tiefpunkt war jedoch, dass während der Frühstückszeit direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum laut gebohrt wurde. An ein entspanntes Frühstück war nicht zu denken. Wir haben das Hotel deshalb verlassen und unseren Kaffee lieber woanders getrunken.

Insgesamt war dies mit großem Abstand das schlechteste Hotel, in dem wir jemals übernachtet haben. Die Vielzahl an Mängeln und der fehlende Komfort haben unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt. Wir können dieses Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen in keiner Weise weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

La posizione è conodissima, a 2 passi dal centro; si può andare e tornare in albergo in pochi minuti da qualsiasi punto del centro storico. Abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina e non più toccata fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Personale disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Cons:

L' albergo è vecchio e necessiterebbe di una totale ristrutturazione e di una pulizia più profonda e puntuale.
La colazione non è molto varia.
Considerando il prezzo, la posizione, la gentilezza dello staff ed il posto auto questi aspetti sono sopportabili
