ロケーション良く、朝食の美味しい素敵なホテル
Pros:

エアポートリムジンのバス停、旧市街に近くてとても便利でした。また、レストランやスーパーも近くてとても便利でした。🏍️乗りに嬉しい屋根付き駐車場3台位なら停められそう。ホテルへ登る坂の両サイドのお洒落なお店や、路地の階段め散歩の様に楽しめました。朝食はメニューも豊富でとても美味しかったです。スタッフは皆様対応よくて有り難かったです。

Cons:

私はバックパッカーなので問題有りませんでしたが。キャリースーツの方は、ちょっと大変かもですね。

Cons:

Szoba felszereltsége nem hotelhez méltó. Koszos volt a szoba, ágy alatti rész, polcos szekrényben előző vendégek szemete, ágy mögött régi számlák beesve. Függöny állapota kritikán aluli, ágy alulról kitámasztva... A fürdő olyan koszos volt, hogy nem mertünk tusolni. A törölközők egy közös hásználatú, dohányzó, szutykos teraszon száradtak. Hatalmas csalódás volt.

My roommate and I stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday. We loved the city, but this hotel was a complete disaster when it came to basic hospitality and staff communication.

No Housekeeping
Our room was cleaned exactly once (Thursday). For the rest of our stay, we were left in a dirty room with unmade beds, a dirty bathroom, no fresh towels, and empty toilet paper rolls.
​Friday: We informed the reception that our room was skipped. The receptionist apologized and promised it would be cleaned the next day.
​Saturday: We returned after a long day to find the room untouched again, despite seeing cleaning staff working on our floor. We went to the reception a second time with photos. The new receptionist told us he "couldn't do anything," and simply handed us two rolls of toilet paper, fresh towels, and bedsheets to make our own beds.

Checkout Chaos
To top it off, the receptionist on Saturday explicitly granted us a late checkout at 1:00 PM. Yet, on Sunday morning, we received a WhatsApp message from the hotel at 11:30 AM telling us that checkout was at 11:00 AM and that we were late.

​The Final Straw
What makes this entire experience truly unacceptable is the way we were treated. We were respectful and polite to the staff throughout this ordeal, yet we were somehow made to feel like we were the wrongdoers just for expecting the bare minimum.
​There is zero communication between the staff, and guests pay the price. Being forced to make your own bed and restock your own toilet paper after being ignored for days is bad enough, but the dismissive attitude makes it worse. Save your money and book elsewhere.

1.宿泊予定が１日ズレ、そこからの連泊のお願いに柔軟に対応頂けました。
2.受付、クリーニングスタッフまでとても良かったです。
3.朝食はメニューも豊富で、とても美味しかったです。
4.台数は限られますが🏍️を屋根付きガレージに置けます。ツアラーにとっても嬉しい施設です。
5.オールドタウンに近く、スーパーはもっと近くとても便利でした。

Cons:

1.喫煙率の高い文化圏なので理解出来るのですが、エントランス前が喫煙コーナーなのは、日本人的には気になりました。
2.部屋も広く快適に過ごせましたが、次回可能で有ればペントハウスに宿泊してみたいです。

U noči nije bilo mira od puštanja vode u susjednim sobama.
Previše se sve čuje valjda zbog tankih zidova.
Isto tako u hodniku u noči ne treba svjetliti svjetlo koje se vidi u sobama.

Pros:

Sehr kurze Wege in die Altstadt. Parken möglich aber beengt. Als Hotel für zwei Nächte um mal Sarajevo kennen zu lernen optimal für mich. Das WLAN könnte besser funktionieren. Mich mich auch ein gutes Frühstück.
