Non abbiamo mai incontrato l’host. La parte peggiore del nostro soggiorno è l’aver prenotato una camera King tramite Booking, ma aver ricevuto invece le chiavi per accedere a una camera comfort. Ci era stato detto tramite whatsapp dall’host che ci avevano addirittura effettuato un upgrade della camera prenotata (dunque ci aspettavamo una camera ancora migliore della King), invece ci è stato un peggioramento sotto tutti i punti di vista. L’acqua calda in bagno usciva dopo troppo tempo creando quindi un disagio e una scomodità nell’usufruire dei servizi. Le stanze non erano per nulla accoglienti e luminose, come ci era stato detto, anzi le stanze risultavano umide e fredde. Terminiamo questo pessimo soggiorno volendo lasciare le valigie dopo il check out al civico 19, come indicato da loro. In realtà al civico 19 non c’era nulla, era un semplice portone e probabilmente la casa di qualcuno. Contattiamo l’host che ci dice che in realtà il deposito bagagli si trovava in una sorta di stanzino alle spalle del nostro appartamento, ma non c’era nessun lucchetto, nessun controllo e quindi non ispirava per niente fiducia. Questo ci ha creato ulteriore disagio perché abbiamo dovuto passare il resto della giornata con le valigie. Pertanto, non consiglierei per nulla questa struttura. Da evitare assolutamente.

Ein Preis-Leistungskompromiss, den ich nicht noch einmal eingehen würde.
Pros:

Die direkte Nachbarschaft zur Mittelschule und zur Turnhalle war witzig und authentisch

Cons:

Bodenfliesen, Geschirr, Besteck und Bettdecken waren schmutzig.
Die Gardinenstange hing lose.
Die Wassertemperatur blieb unangenehm kühl zum Duschen.

La posizione è ottima per visitare a piedi l'isola, si raggiunge tutto. Posizione riparata e silenziosa. C'è una panetteria a 20 m :). Bellissimo terrazzo comune sul tetto. Personale gentile e reattivo.

Excelente departamento
Pros:

El espacio es increíble para una pareja, hasta 4 personas. Tiene una bonita iluminación, excelente ventilación y calefacción.
La cama es cómoda, la terraza es increíble.
Tiene una excelente ubicación, al lado de u a hermosa playa.

Molocale spazioso, luminoso, con balcone molto ampio e con una bella vista. La terrazza comunitaria spettacolare. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile, inlcuso sulla flessibilità dell'ora del check out.
