La posizione particolare è come un albergo diffuso, nel quartiere Baixa vicinissimo all'università. L'accoglienza, la camera grande e arredata in stile barocco leggero ma molto elegante.

Cons:

Forse il fatto che è praticamente a livello stradale per chi ha il sonno leggero come me, può disturbare il riposo. Anche se fortunatamente la notte è passata tranquillamente.

Good for local fuel, but not 4 star service level.
Pros:

Very “local feel” to the location and property.

Cons:

No elevator. Advertised as a 4 star. Nice, but not a 4 star hotel. Met the standards for a three star. Four star rating was very misleading for the accommodations space and service level.

Fantastic stay in Coimbra
Pros:

The service was lovely throughout, with very kind and attentive staff.
We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were also welcomed with a glass of wine and a cake, a very thoughtful touch.
We were also able to leave our luggage there on arrival, which was very convenient.
The location is excellent, just 5 min to the university, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Breakfast served in a basket was abundant and very enjoyable.
Highly recommended, we would happily stay again!
