Average but well located hotel in Goa with excellent front office staff and restaurant

Excellent front office staff ... Helpful and courteous

Very well located near Miramar beach

Cons:

Rundown room, not maintained properly
Housekeeping not done during the stay, no replacement of cups, coffee till we asked
Not very clean, room ,/ bathroom, corridors
Very late breakfast start, post 830 am only
