Lovely friendly hotel with great staff. More attention to small details needed.

Brilliant location and wonderful friendly staff.

Cons:

The pillows were terrible! Really lumpy and uncomfortable. The crockery in the dining room at times was dusty and a bit dirty.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel ...very traditionally English very nice all the quirks of an old building...very cental middle of Ledbury great town clock chiming ..coffee shops very close all very nice

Cons:

We arrived at eleven and wanted to get one drink from the bar after a long journey but it was closed...even though we we're staying no alcohol to got a big disappointment

Lovely Hotel,lovely dinner.
Pros:

First time we have stayed here,room very nice and clean we had a great dinner Phoebe our server was very good two small things,Armanda was very loud and he threw our dessert spoons on the table and walked away also people with drinks were walking in and out of the restaurant there was a lovely ambience until they did that

Nice surroundings but over cooked food!
Pros:

We came over to Ledbury to meet family for lunch .We had seen the menu on line and it looked good .However when our food came it was overcooked bland tasteless and overpriced.Overall it was very disappointing .
