Friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent value for money.
Pros:

From moment we go there until we left the staff were extremely helpful, from guy on reception desk, friendly cleaners and the chap who was working at the desk for breakfast in the morning.

Beautiful hotel, hidden away, but with great transport connections.
Pros:

Beautiful building and grounds, with large car park. I loved my room: plenty of space, and nice view. Excellent dinner - individual style, and plenty. Breakfast made to order - just right. Ideally located for buses to Edinburgh.

The showers are perfect, as is the bed and the facilities in the room.

The restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast is excellent.

Pros:

Lovely room, very comfortable beds, very warm.Staff very friendly and efficient, extended hours for breakfast, we got a late check out on day of funeral, very helpful.

Cons:

Only thing really, was the lighting in the bar, where we are evening meals, was too dark, the staff turned up lighting, but still too dark.
