Genieten door locatie en comfort.
Pros:

Prachtige ambiance, top locatie. Ze maken een feestje van je verblijf.

Cons:

Badkamer, had ten opzichte van de rest van de kamer iets comfortabeler mogen zijn.

Awesome stay! Will be back!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful
The last time I stayed here was in the hotel side and this time myself and my work team stayed in the apartment blocks - great choice we each had rooms to share and fully equipped.
We also had to leave super early so unfortunately we missed the amazing breakfast buffet but the staff was lovely to accommodate us with packed breakfast packs. Thank you so much

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that I had requested 2 single beds in 3 out of the 4 rooms as we were on a work trip and all the beds were double beds. Luckily my team were ok with that but perhaps just a note for next time. Thank you 🙏

Shameful!!
Pros:

We were told that the hotel is under new management and decided to give it another go. Were we mislead, same challenges just different managers and nothing has changed! What a shame!

Remote and missing the Plettenburg vibe
Pros:

The SkyVilla is located remote from Plettenburg high up on a hill in a compound. Seaview also means mcDonalds and gasstation view. With continual roadsounds. You can only reach the livelyhood and beaches by an 8 minute drive.
The hotel belays class. Though during our stay in low season there were no other guests. And then it really is remote and quiet.
The room was clean and staff friendly, a little distant, maintaining their attempt at class.
I can't figure why shower liquids are put in a glass bottle placed 1m70 above the tile floor.
Though the included continental style breakfast was a joy to see, add-on's are expensive. Lunch and diner á la carte did not give us the best experience; fine taste, but wrong type chips, not entirely heated boboti, malve, without any notice, served with icecream instead of traditional custard as on the menu (the excuse being the custard gone bad. Then at least tell us when you serve out)
Iy was a shame that, being the only guests, when trying to get a drink at the bae to take up at 22:02, with 4 staff members right there, the TV and the register still on, we got a 'no, bar is closed' response.

For us., we were relocated here from the sister place we booked, but we wouldn't recommend Sky Villa. Boitique hotel.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Room size was not that great.
Pros:

We were accommodated in the Annex. The building has six rooms. It has a huge drawing room and kitchen. Building is fairly new and was very clean.

Cons:

Two rooms in the first floor are quite a let down....not because of the size of the room, but because of the more than steep ladder one has to use to access the first floor. This steep wooden ladder is a huge dampener for people with limited mobility. The ladder needs to be replaced with a circular one, that will be easy to climb

Cons:

In annexe,I was allotted a room at the first floor..Stairs were actually dangerous and not at all user friendly..one may fall down while going upstairs and coming down with the luggages..I made a request to change my room many a times but they ignored it..They were quite insensitive. Room size was also not upto the mark becox of sclant roof..
Guests may keep this in mind while booking annexe part of this hotel..

Empty but turning away business.
Pros:

Myself, my husband and two friends visited mid week to have sundowners and possibly dinner.

Despite the place being fully lit and tables set it was completely empty and we were turned away.

We were advised that if we made a reservation and came back in one hour, they would’ve been happy to service us. Or we could’ve sat and waited for an hour and then they would’ve served us. But despite having several Staff wandering around with no customers, we could not even have a glass of wine while we waited an hour.

This is not a place where you can walk down the street and have a drink somewhere else and then come back to, it’s a drive to town as it’s situated very much out of town in the grounds of a private housing development.

I failed to understand how this is a good business practice.

Don’t think I will bother going back again.
