Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet.

tolle lage mit super sicht, jedoch lärmemission der stark befahren Durchfahrtsstrasse am Meer.
Ideal für kurzen Aufenthalt.
Hätten eine tolle Sky Bar mit Whirlpool wenn es geöffnet wäre… schade..

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Essen im Restaurant war erste Klasse. Das Personal ist super freundlich - selbst der Manager hat sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend nur etwas weg von der Innenstadt (uns hat das aber nicht gestört).

Lage und Ausblick sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war im Vergleich zu allen anderen Unterkünften auf unserer Reise deutlich reservierter und machte vor allem einen schlecht ausgebildeten Eindruck.
Es gab 2-3 Ausnahmen im Service, aber sonst wirkten viele Angestellte recht lustlos. Schon beim Check-in fühlten wir uns mehr als Belastung denn als willkommene Gäste.
Die Qualität des Abendessens entspricht bestenfalls Kantinenniveau.

Schönes Hotel mit Abzügen in der Lage
Pros:

Wir waren im Gästehaus des Hotels und dieses war sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Die Zimmer selbst sind doch recht klein, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber ausreichend ist.

Frühstück gibt es im Haupthaus und das war wirklich sehr gut. Man kann zusätzlich zum Buffet noch kostenfrei a la Carte Eierspeisen,French Toast und Ähnliches dazu auswählen. Ebenfalls werden auch Kaffespezialitäten auf Wundch gebracht.

Generell ist die Hotelanlage sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist eingezäunt und überwacht und durch ein Gate zu erreichen

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels. Man ist schon ein wenig ab vom Schuss. Wir wären gern zentraler in Plettenberg gewesen.

Heerlijk genoten van een mooi verblijf vlakbij Plettenberg

We hadden een heel fijne accommodatie naast het huis bij het hotel. De cottage maar dan diegene met eigen keuken en 2 slaapkamers. Met klein kindje erg prettig! Heerlijk dat er ook een gym is

Beautiful inland oasis
Pros:

The view is outstanding! The property is quite nice with sophisticated features and beautiful landscape. The room was comfortable and well appointed. There was ample space for parking and the staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel is in the middle of a residential complex away from shore and close to a garbage dump. The whole complex looks quite artificial and stuck in the middle of a more industrial area. Once you are outside the gates, you are in a different environment that does not look like where you would want to spend your vacation

Great Location, Great Food - Will be back
Pros:

My wife booked this, and I was a bit sceptical about the location! However it's set within a stunning gated community, with great views across the bay. We ate in the restaurant all nights and the food was top notch, we both agreed we would 100% go back.

Cons:

Nothing springs to mind, you could literally stay within the complex and have a great few days of R&R. Your a few minutes drive from a retail park also, which is great for anything you may need.
