Decent value nearby lake Powell
Pros:

It was a decent deal for a nice hotel close to lake Powell although lake Powell was quite a sad visit as the lake is pretty much just dried up.

Cons:

Though they did have a great breakfast the hotel wasn't super close to anything else except a Denny's out in the parking lot.

Will stay again by myself or with husband. Not with my kids.
Pros:

Clean, nice rooms. And they were very accommodating.

Cons:

The bathroom doors were sliding doors that just hung. Didn’t feel completely shut. My teenagers hated this, made them feel like everyone could hear them while they were doing their business in the bathroom.

Good place to stay, just for sleeping.
Pros:

New hotel, modern, clean.

Cons:

Staff was a bit indifferent, not particularly friendly. Perhaps they were understaffed. The breakfast was extremely average, especially for that price. No healthy options.

If it’s the cheapest option I’d consider it, but wouldn’t be my first choice
Pros:

Location is fine

Cons:

The building looks new but the rooms aren’t well kept. It was clean but the furniture is old and worn out, so are the walls. It needs a touch up.

Would stay there again but wouldn’t dare use our card.
Pros:

Good view. Clean rooms but worn out towels.

Cons:

After we checked out we had $500.00 fraud on our debit card. Can’t help thinking that the front desk guy gave our number to fraudsters but don’t know for sure.
