Plus points, amazing friendly helpful staff.
Easy 15 minutes walk to train station and even better 5 minutes to the gorgeous beach.
Slightly noisy at night outside ( not hotels fault).
As a vegan breakfast is limited, but there is bread and rolls ( but no spread that I saw),there's fruit but for hot drinks only available taken black.

The staff was very attentive and kind.

There is no parking included. Parking is on the street. I got a ticket after they told me that parking is only effective after 9:00am.

Hotel rooms come with thin walls. Not a place for family with kids. Way to much viagra amongst the guests making it very noisy.

Only stayed for a night but good 3*star hotel. Would happily stay there again.
10 mins walk from the railway station and close to the restaurants and beach.

Struttura datata ma comunque confortevole, situata proprio a due passi dal centro di Viareggio e dalla spiaggia. La camera standard purtroppo era di dimensioni ridotte e non era dotata di balcone..
Abbiamo avuto un piccolo guasto alla doccia ed è stata riparata in maniera tempestiva nonostante fosse il giorno ferragosto.
Personale gentile e premuroso. Colazione nella media. Cena ottima con menù vario e ricercato...unica pecca un po di disorganizzazione in sala/cucina.

Staff was great but the room was very small for four people plus the kids had bunk beds which we did not anticipate.

We spent 2 nights at Hotel Stella d'Italia, I booked a 3 stars hotel knowing I couldn't expect a luxury environment but, despite an average general evaluation, I cannot avoid to underline some very disappointing details: 1) the sink in the bathroom was badly cracked (see photos); 2) the air conditioning was extremely noisy (one night I woke up looking in the street thinking some works were in progress; 3) in the shower box there are no place for soap and shampoo, I ended up putting them on the floor and bending every time I needed them, quite uncomfortable; 4) in the bathroom there are no hooks or other way to hang the wet towels. These points are quite basic and should be available even at 3 stars hotels (or less).

Hôtel très bruyant pas insonorisé, mobilier en piteux état. Ne mérite pas 3 étoiles.

Personnel très accueillant et chambres avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas au même niveau.
