Die Lage ist super , freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.
Pros:

War schon öfters in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist super. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Slechte klantenservice
Pros:

Locatie top, Midden in het centrum

Cons:

Er was geen warm water, in de badkamer. Wij hebben niet kunnen dochen, terwijl het 30 graden was buiten.
Het zou opgelost worden , iemand kwam langs terwijl wij er niet waren, wij hoorden er niets van terug toen we terug kwamen savonds op de kamer. 00uur, bij navraag bij de receptie kregen we te horen dat er niets aan te doen was. Alleen een ijskoude douche.

Een compensatie van 15 euro konden we krijgen en een ontbijt bij een volgende boeking...,na mailwisseling met het hotel ook geen andere compensatie mogelijk, belachelijk!!

Ik ga niet weer naar dit hotel, slechte klantenservice.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great central location. Comfortable room and very clean. Good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choice in nice quiet and spacious room.

Top Lage

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage. Es stand zwar ein Ventilator zur Verfügung aber bei 30 Grad Hitze gab es auch nachts keine Abkühlung. Auch gab es kurzfristig ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser, das auch nicht behoben werden konnte und man musste kalt duschen.

Sehr gute Lage, an der Hohe Straße und auch Schildergasse. Jeweils nur 1 Minute. Trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Great location in a vibrant city!
Pros:

Hotel Opera was a pleasant surprise.
After reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous. But, fortunately, it was much better than I had read.
I had a single room on the third floor, clean and comfortable.
The location is perfect, very close to the cathedral. Other attractions are also in walking distance.
The hotel is a perfect spot to visit Köln.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was some noise from other hotel guests, but it was weekend and people were having fun. I wonder whether the hotel can be held accountable for some guests' lack of common sense...

I did not like the coffee I had for breakfast there, I did not expect to find such bad Robusta coffee anywhere, not to mention in a hotel.
