Ambiente muito bem organizado e limpo, boas instalações. Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel, é um lugar muito agradável.
Fiquei hospedado no quarto/office número 232, especialmente nesse apartamento não tive boa experiência. O apartamento é maravilhoso, cama espetacular, super confortável. No entanto, tive um pouco de dificuldade em relação ao banheiro, a porta não abre totalmente, dificulta a livre entrada no cômodo, pega na Cuba e também tive um pouco de dificuldade com o uso da torneira “eletrônica” ela desliga constantemente, dificultando o uso. A TV também é muito complicado a utilização. Outro detalhe é o barulho que vem do apartamento acima, no meio da noite surgiam estrondos constantes. Perguntei na recepção e fui informado que acima do ap 232 existe uma suíte com hidromassagem. O barulho incomoda muito.

Ficamos duas diárias e não limparam nosso quarto, não recolheram lixo nem estenderam a cama (nem nada!) Entre um dia e o outro:(
