Avremmo dovuto leggere le recensioni prima. All'arrivo non trovano la prenotazione nel grande libro delle prenotazioni e ci viene assegnata la 104. Quasi una premonizione... Struttura assolutamente non da 3 stelle, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata ma di quelle serie davvero, certi dettagli al limite della decenza. Camera con "vista" sul retro sulla tettoia coperta di mozziconi, aste reggitende e asciugami, quasi a mo' di discarica... Uno sgradevole odore simil gas (forse tartufo?) nelle scale e nei corridoi (segnalato al gestore che però non ha riscontrato perchè "non abbiamo la cucina" [in un hotel-ristorante?? boh], eppure si sentiva bene come confermatoci anche da altri ospiti). Camera forse nemmeno a norma, con una presa di corrente a fianco del letto mezza aperta senza un coperchio (mi domando come non si possa accorgersene e sopratutto mi immagino un bimbo che possa infilarci un dito... ) Nessuna sedia in corrispondenza della scrivania, solo uno sgabello economico ma nel bagno. Cestino senza coperchio (praticamente un semplice secchiello). Intonaco scrostato in più punti e con segni evidenti di umidità. Buchi, segni di chiodi e adesivi rimossi un po' dappertutto, sulla porta, sui muri. Maniglia della porta bagno mezza rotta e con pezzi di cornice mancante, rubinetto mal funzionante. Volevamo riporre delle bottiglie nel frigobar ma era in pessime condizioni.
E ora la chicca: il phon a muro in bagno impossibile da usare perché aveva la spina shuko ma a muro c'era una presa normale (tra l'altro mezza sfondata perché qualcuno in precedenza avrà provato senza successo a inserirla), fortuna che non abbiamo avuto necessità di asciugarci i capelli. Improponibile segnalarlo ormai alle 11 di sera. Colazione sufficiente la parte dolce, scadente quella salata. Posizione poco comoda, strada tortuosa e stretta. Pentiti della prenotazione, di sicuro non ci torneremo.

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Green a Vicenza e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata altalenante.

La camera era confortevole, con letto matrimoniale comodo, temperatura sempre adeguata e biancheria pulita (anche se mancava l’asciugamano del bidet).

Ciò che penalizza davvero la struttura è la scarsa cura generale: diverse parti risultano trascurate e l’odore sgradevole all’ingresso nella zona giorno è un dettaglio che incide negativamente sulla prima impressione. L’hotel avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione più attenta e di un miglior controllo degli ambienti comuni.

Molto deludente anche la gestione della colazione: il giorno del check-out non ho potuto usufruirne, nonostante fosse indicato l’orario dalle 7:00. Il personale non era presente e la sala era chiusa. Un disservizio importante, soprattutto per chi ha orari da rispettare.

Un vero peccato, perché il personale si è mostrato cordiale e disponibile. Con maggiore attenzione alla struttura e ai servizi, l’esperienza potrebbe essere decisamente migliore.
