Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma devo dire che ci siamo trovate molto bene, ottima posizione (soprattutto se ci si vuole organizzare per andare ad un evento alla Fiera di Cagliari, come abbiamo fatto con la mia amica). Quartiere molto carino e silenzioso, ben frequentato e illuminato alla sera e ben collegato ai mezzi di trasporto o in caso comunque per raggiungere il centro a piedi ci vuole max. 20 minuti facendo una bella passeggiata. Abbiamo utilizzato solo i bagni e per quanto fossero in comune con gli altri ospiti, possiamo confermare che erano puliti e ben tenuti.

Cons:

Avremmo gradito se avessimo trovato in dotazione anche le bustine monodose di bagnoschiuma e shampoo nella stanza.

Nice stay but noisy neighbors
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and well located. The facilities were good and the check-in process was smooth.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the neighbors were sometimes noisy, spending a lot of time on the terrace drinking, which made the atmosphere less relaxing than expected.

In all of my travels I never stayed in a place like that. I couldn't believe that it had a malfunctioning gas stove and if you want to cook something you have to manually open and close the gas valve which is located under the sink and not in plain sight at all. In a case that somebody forgets to close the valve (which I saw once), there is a real possibility for a gas leak and explosion. I believe that we all know what gas explosions look like and I believe that having a manual gas valve is against all existing regulations and laws. I never saw it because nobody wants his house or apartment to be blown up because of a gas leak. I sincerely wonder if it is possible that the money required for buying a properly functioning gas stove is more important than their guests' basic safety. I also hope that somebody from Booking com reads this and reacts before it becomes news on a local TV station. There is only one fridge which is too small to be compartmentalized for all rooms and cleaning stuff can't know what has to be cleaned out when somebody leaves. The first time I opened the fridge it smelled like a coffin. Later I found a piece of meat which somebody left and it was rotting in the fridge. Construction pallets are the main furniture on the main balcony, the blinds in my room were immovable and they are obviously in that position for a long, long time. The bathroom heater is mounted over the door and can be operated only manually but even with my 186 cm I wasn't able to reach the control panel. In sum, the whole place looks as if it wasn't really upgraded since the first Fiat Topolino was made.Even room door keys can be seen only there and in some museum today.
