La estancia fue agradable

No nos quedamos, tan solo ver la fachada por fuera entendimos que habíamos caído en un "catfish" de Booking. Las instalaciones NO son como se ven en las fotos, quizás hace 6 o 7 años lucían así.

Cons:

Nadie sabía cómo hacer el check-in, la estancia de espera desordenada y sucia, los baños de planta baja terriblemente sucios y oscuros. Pedí que me enseñaran una habitación antes de entrar con mi familia y estaba completamente húmeda, olía a humedad/moho y a suciedad... Parece que impregnan el detergente en lugar de usarlo para quitar la suciedad. El aire acondicionado afuera de las ventanas se veía completamente sucio y las ventanas mismas en pésimo estado.

Habitacion muy pequeña, El clima no enfria, las almohadas pequeñas, las toallas no de algodon, sino de una tela que mas bien parecen cobertores. mala iluminacion r¿en el baño. el cancel se atora.

Pésima atención del personal, tan mala que termine yendome ya que al preguntar si tenían estacionamiento to el tipo de la recepción me dijo en tono altanero qué si quería me podía ir a los hoteles de la costa qué si tenían así que si desde el inicio es así su servicio creo que no tiene caso quedarse.
