Pros:

The staff is excellent and professional.
The hotel is close to the station and near a convenience store as well as two rather large shopping centers within easy walking distance. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much!

古淵駅近でとても便利
Pros:

フロントの対応はいつも丁寧です。
客室内も清掃が行き届いています
ベッドもとても良いです。
バスルームは少し経年劣化を感じましたが
あまり気になりませんでした。

朝食は、オカズ類はプレートに乗せてテーブルまで運んできてくれます。
ご飯 味噌汁 納豆 梅干 海苔等…etcは自分で好きなだけよそえます。
ヨーグルトやフルーツの小皿もあり、特にカレーが手作り感のあるもので良かったです。オカズも手作りぽくて どれも美味しかったです。

便利で居心地良し
Pros:

ロビー、客室ともに清潔で、居心地が良かったです。
以前泊ったことのあるアパホテルは客室が狭く感じましたが、こちらは空間に余裕がありました。
アメニティの歯ブラシやカミソリも使い心地の良い物を準備していてくれていました。
ビジネスホテルでは、安かろう悪かろうなアメニティの場合が多いように感じていたので、けっこう嬉しかったです。
出張で使いましたが、駅やコンビニから近くて便利です。
追加の支払いなどがなければ、チェックアウトはカードキーを専用のボックスに入れるだけなので、忙しい朝にフロントで並ぶことがなくて助かります。
強いて改善してほしいところを挙げるとすれば、電子レンジの開閉部が開けづらいことくらいでした。

良い意味で普通のビジネスホテル。清潔で､駅からの距離も近く､特に弱点のない無難なホテル。スタッフも明るい方で､地理案内等に非常に親切に対応してもらいました。他のアパホテルより少し設備は古めだが、一切問題ありませんでした。

清潔でスタッフさんも診察なアパホテル
Pros:

周辺になんでもある立地で便利でした。スタッフの方はどなたもとても親切で、心地いいチェックインでした。お部屋は広めで、ゆったり過ごせました。清潔でチキンとされていました。
近くで出張がある際はまた利用したいです！

清潔さが良い。照明もとても明るくて仕事するにはいい。設備はアパホテルになる前のホテルの客室なためかシングルのお風呂は狭い。女性客用のアメニティサービスなし残念。髪ゴムあり。VOD見放題、家族の宿泊は注意を。素泊まりなら不満もない。レストランはあるのかないのかわからない。モーニングはある？以前のレストランは海鮮の良いお店と聞くが現在は無くなり、１１時開店の食パン専門店、完売すると閉店？なので、寂しい。道を隔てた隣の施設イトーヨーカドーかイオン、かごの屋、ゆず庵、駅前の飲み屋の他、とろけるハンバーグ福よしあたり。２5年前には秋篠宮様もホテルのランチに休憩されていると聞くだけに寂しい。ビジホに温泉でもあるといいのですが。
