Pros:

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in India. The staff are so kind - they helped me find my phone when I left it in the hotel and couldn’t have been more friendly. Beautiful views of the mountains from the rooms. Great value and close to everything in McLeodganj! Thank you!

Pros:

This hotel was overpriced and filthy. There was no hot water in one of our bathrooms and no toilet paper provided. The liquid soap was diluted so much it was just water. Everywhere was grubby. I made the mistake of removing a pillowcase - the actual pillow was vile.
Wi-Fi was good and food was nice.

Nice rooms and hotel location is not far away from the main street. I had an amazing view on the mountains. There is no heater in the room but shower does have hot water.
The big dissapointment is staff from reception to all the way to the restaurant. They could not help me simple requests and looks like from previous reviews it doesnt improve. I got my towels on day three only
