unable to check in, hotel was difficult to find , find parking was next to impossibable my travel partner refused to stay based on the inconvience and challanges finding the location and parking , when a refund was requested our request was denied even thought the agent who could "check us in "was not arriving until serval hours after our "check in time" although we were offered the ability to get access to the room the parking attempts took over a hour, unable to park the car to check ,unable to connect to cell tower to make a call based on narrow streets and spotty coverage, my spouse was circleing blocks for hours. while the location was picture perfect and no instant red flags rguarding safety or cleanliness, even a cute bar next door. better instructions chink in and parking instructions should be provided at time of booking for a informed decision to stay here can be made , the parking provided is two blocks aways but without clear instruction on how to get there before arrival , with no available parking before "check IN " parking instructions are worthless!!!!!!!

Cons:

PARKING and hotel directions were awfal. no refund. I could accept the no refund if a appology was offered.
