Location was good and comfortable

Plenty of room clean and fresh
It was a reasonable price and ok location
Looked a lot more tired than the pictures. Parking was extra and had to be booked. Internet was terrible so tv kept freezing and no hair dryer even though one was advertised.

Clean comfortable accommodation very reasonably priced and far better then most i have stayed in at the same price in the same location.
To be totally honest we couldn't fault it ..staff are only a phone call away and as I said for the low cost of the property we got more then we was expecting
For the price you can't complain, everything was fine, the shower was very powerful as well which was a nice touch the location is great the bed was comfy the TV worked no TV channels but netflix YouTube and Samsung TV.
The walls are a bit thing so if you're someone like me who wakes up hearing noises I advise some ear plugs and you should be good to go, doors are self locking with codes so if you don't have a good memory you will be checking your phone all the for the codes. I stated 2 nights one night people were loud but the second night was fine but that's the lick of the draw with hotels in general, carpets could do with either new or a good carpet clean

Serious Hygiene Failures, Unsanitary Accommodation, and Total Failure of Security Leading to Vehicle Damage & Theft
I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recent stay at your property in Blackpool — a stay that fell drastically short of basic expected standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and security.
🔴 Condition & Hygiene of Accommodation
Upon entering and throughout my stay, I found the bathroom and window areas in an unacceptable, unsanitary state — as shown in the photographs I have attached as evidence:
• Extensive black mould and fungal growth along all window frames, corners, sealant joints, skirting and bath surrounds; this was deep-seated, old and clearly never properly cleaned or maintained.
• Grout lines and silicone seals were discoloured, crumbling, dirty and heavily contaminated — creating an unhygienic environment that poses health risks, especially in a wet room/bathroom setting.
• Basin waste and drain area was clogged with debris, stained, grimy and visibly dirty.
• Extractor fan and ceiling vents were thick with dust, hair and accumulated grime — rendering ventilation ineffective and increasing damp and mould risks.
• Surrounding fittings, edges and joints were chipped, poorly finished and covered in old dirt and residue.
These issues are not minor cosmetic faults; they represent a fundamental failure to meet statutory health and hygiene requirements, and made the room unpleasant, unsafe and unfit for habitation.
🚨 Severe Security Failures:My car was broken into & Damage to My Vehicle & Theft of Another Guest’s Car
In addition to the shocking lack of cleanliness, the hotel’s security provisions were completely inadequate.
• My own vehicle, parked in the area designated or implied for hotel guests, was broken into, bank card and personal documents stolen and bodywork scratched/marked as a result. Nothing was done to prevent access or monitor the area.
