Lovely place, Lovely People, will stay again.
Pros:

Good Comms.
Staff (both reception and breakfast service) very welcoming.
Breakfast was excellent, a good selection, well cooked and in a perfect, relaxed setting.
Location, with views over the Little Ouse was excellent.
Sockets either side of bed (very useful for over night mobile phone charging).

Cons:

There's always room for improvement, these two point are very minor and did not detract from our stay.
Laundry supplies where visible from landing, in a room that should have had it's door closed.
Ensuite inside door handle, worked ok, but, return spring broken.
WiFi difficult to connect / slow (may just a bad day?) Did not seek assistance, as mobile data was fine.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Room was clean. Bathroom facilities were good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

I stayed in the Cambridge room in the annexe. I did not sleep well at all. It is next to the road and every time a van, truck or bus went by the whole room shook including my bed. Add to the fact that it was so loud whenever anyone else entered the building I was waking every 30 minutes with a spike of adrenaline. That room should not be used as a hotel room. Not good enough.

Communication before arrival was great. Solo parent they were very accommodating for me and my son. They moved us from annex to main house to ensure I felt safe.

The staff were very welcoming on both arrival and at breakfast. also i needed to leave early and they did all they can to accommodate me and start breakfast early.

Channel 4 "4 in a Bed winner" :)
Pros:

Good stay at the hotel. The owners were very friendly and made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was a good quality and plentiful. Really enjoyed staying there and would go back. I noticed that they had a plaque in the breakfast room showing that they won Channel 4's "4 in a Bed". Given my experience, I understand why they would have won and think they should advertise that in the listings.

Cons:

Would benefit from a better wifi connection as i had to turn off the camera to save bandwidth when taking an early morning Teams meeting, but the connected smart TV made up for that.

Pros:

another super stay at brandon Bridge hotel for myself and old dog joe. beautiful comfy bed..sparkling bathroom...proper size soft fluffy bath towels....loads of hot water and super cosy with heating on.
we shall be back.
