Very nice stay for a few days
Pros:

The location is just around the corner of Kep beach.
The beds are good and it has a good functioning shower.
We arrived a bit late but we were received very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing really. The breakfast could maybe have a bit more choices?

Pros:

Excellent stay at the Riviera Hotel & Resort in Kep (Cambodia). A perfect place to relax.
I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, which really allowed me to enjoy the calm atmosphere and fully recover.
The property is very clean and perfectly maintained. The rooms are comfortable, air-conditioned (very appreciated with the heat) and have a balcony overlooking the pool. On the balcony there are chairs, a table and even a power outlet, which makes it possible to work peacefully outdoors instead of staying inside the room.
The swimming pool and sun loungers are true havens of peace. The place is calm and relaxing, with a wonderful sense of easy living. The hotel also provides towels for the pool, which is very convenient.
After four months of traveling, this is where I finally truly recovered: deep nights of sleep, a very comfortable bed… I slept like a baby.
The staff is absolutely lovely. A big thank you to Kim at the reception, who speaks very good English and is always attentive and caring with the guests.
Congratulations also to Sophorn, the chef. The breakfasts are generous and delicious, and the hotel restaurant also serves excellent dishes for lunch and dinner. I ate there every evening during my stay and enjoyed every meal.
In short, an ideal place to rest and enjoy tranquility.

If I return to Cambodia, I will definitely come back here without hesitation.

Cons:

The only small downside: it rained twice during my stay… but unfortunately even a very good hotel hasn’t yet managed to install a button to stop the rain — and that’s probably for the best!

Un petit hotel de charme et un personnel parfait
Pros:

Un emplacement idéal , un style néo colonial très joli , un personnel sympathique et qui nous aidés dans l’organisation de toutes nos sorties .
Le petit délicieux était très bon ( j’ai adoré les crêpes ) , la piscine très jolie : on a adoré cet hôtel

Cons:

Les clients chinois qui crachent : ce n’est pas spécifique à cet hôtel mais c’est difficilement supportable pour un européen .

Lovely clean hotel with fantastic swimming pool & grounds.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was good & they cleaned the room when required. The swimming pool was amazing & we had it to ourselves for 4 days.

Comfortable, and probably best location if you are in Kep for the beach.
Pros:

The room was quite comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The building feels fresh and spacious, and the pool is very good. The staff was very friendly and helped me book a bus back to Vietnam. The location is great for reaching Kep beach or the ferry to Rabbit Island (both at walking distance during the day). The natural reserve is also close by.
In the evening there weren't many options of where to eat (unless you take a tuctuc to the village), but there were some good food stalls on the square next to it. All in all I really liked the place and would stay again if ever back to Kep.

Cons:

Nothing too relevant. Breakfast was fairly simple and could maybe improve a bit. But the fruits were great.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel de style colonial. Très propre et chambres confortables dotées d'un joli balcon. Un peu à l'écart donc plutôt calme. Très belle piscine.

Un peu éloigné du centre mais il est facile de trouver des tuk tuk

We loved our time at the Riviera Hotel! The staff were outstanding; the food was good and the pool was wonderful!
Pros:

We loved the beautiful pool and gardens. Our room had a nice sized balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens and giving us a view of the bay beyond. The staff were wonderful!

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain in our bathroom, but we solved it by putting water in a plastic bag and setting it on top of the drain. There was no elevator, so that might be a problem for people with mobility issues. However, there were staff available to carry the bags upstairs. The location was great for us, but might not please everyone as it was a bit of a walk to the beach and crab market. Tuk tuks were a very affordable option!

Un sejour fort agréable, une piscine qui s’apprête à la nage. Je recommande vivement
Pros:

Un petit hôtel de 5 ou 6 chambres avec terrasse qui donnent toutes vue sur la mer et le jardin où se trouve une belle piscine agréable à la nage. Un endroit cocooning et calme car l’hôtel est isolé. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place. Petit déjeuner à la carte.

Cons:

Dommage que le mobilier ne soit pas plus confortable. Les chaises sont très raides. Il manque un fauteuil d’autant que la chambre est suffisamment grande.. L’électricité est particulière car une fois la lumière éteinte il n’ y a plus d’électricité dans la chambre! Il est préférable de pouvoir louer un scooter car il est un peu excentre.
