Zaith Residency, Chennai

I had a very comfortable stay at Zaith Residency in Nungambakkam. The hotel is conveniently located near College Road and Sankara Nethralaya, which made my visit easy and stress-free. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere to relax after a long day. The staff were well-trained, professional, and always polite — every request was handled quickly with a smile. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Nungambakkam area.

I visited the hotel yesterday at 9'clock but as rooms was not available i waited till 11'clock when i got the room and went to take bath there was no water, which is the basic essential, I waited for more that 30 mints.
will suggest not to visit with family.

area around is not great, rooms are bit old than they appear on photos.

Our stay was good and convenient in this residency. It is located at model school road which is very near to apollo hospitals, greams road. The rooms were neat and clean, also the service was very good. Auto and taxi were easily available. Our overall experience was good.

Area around the hotel looks filthy. Hotel looks dated. pillow covers and towels have stains and looks dirty

I booked for three persons. After going there they told the booked room for two persons.
They hide this thing in their advertisements. Also, they charged extra for kitchen use and mattress. Whenever I booked they did not mention and where everything was included in my booking. Please do not book this hotel online. They hide lots of things, eventually they will charge lots of money.

Had been to the hotel two weeks before purpose being Cardiac Checkup of my father at Apollo Main .Reached there late night owing to flight delay.The hotel led my a very capable Manager Mr Aslam and his focussed and dedicated staff helped us to be at peace.While medical tourism schedules are often hectic and strenuous , the hotel ensured all our requests are accomodated, tea being available very early morning before leaving for registration, rooms and sheets being cleaned every day. The best part was availability of hygenic Bengali food at a reasonable price, to be orderes from nearby resturants.Hotel had no objection regarding consumption of outside food inside their premises.The staff even went extra mile and provided for the plates and spoons to ensure we are not eating out of plastic containers.

My parents visited the hotel for 2 nights. They faced lot of difficulties because of poor customer service. The staff must know how to treat or take care of their customers and especially when they are senior citizens.

They are very helpful people. They provided secured wifi access because their guest network wasnt playing nicely with my phone. They let us keep our bags for as long as we wanted, and were on time with breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was tasty.

The room was okay, clean and had the usual commodities, but I wanted more as in air and sunlight and terrace....the staff were really well-behaved and respectful, that's the biggest highlight of this place.
Price I mean is too much for what it has to offer.

I wanted a clean and cheap room. I found this one clean enough compared to other hotels but was too expensive. I had booked the hotel through Booking.com, the price for 1N was 2200INR. But when I reached there, they had asked 2800INR for 1N due to TAX! People visit that area mainly for treatment purpose, not for vacation. So, such cost for hotel is kinda out of line!
