Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit ausgezeichnetem Service und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern – wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel und die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Qamar Al Zaman, der die Zimmer vorbereitet und sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert hat. Außerdem war Hanan an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Beide haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!

Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Na inchecken en de service te hebben meegemaakt, wilde we daar niet meer verblijven.
Pros:

Alleen dat het op loopafstand zat van al haram.

Cons:

- Tapijt op de entre (trap) zat niet vast. Val-gevaar!
- Helling voor rolstoel was te stijl!
- Elke etage stonk naar verfgeur
- Op de etage waar we de 1e kamer kregen stond een stinkende matras tegen de muur bij de ingang
- Op de 1e etage zaten dit bij het raam airconditioning systemen die heel veel lawaai maakten, met dichte raam
- Het ergste was dat de kamers met blauwe tapijten vervuild waren met dikke zwarte strepen.
- De eigenaar deed heel moeilijk om de kamer te annulleren. Wat uiteindelijk wel gelukt is, maar met heel veel stres!
- Dit is een oud hotel die zijn 3-sterren niet waard is. Ze zouden maar 1 ster verdienen met de geboden service

It was ok.
Pros:

It was clean. It was near to haram gate no 320. Toiletories were fine. Checkin was fast.

Cons:

Rooms were not open. There was no place left other than beds. Lift was bit slow as it was having only 2 lifts and a service lift. Wifi was not very good.
