الحمد لله فندق نظيف و قريب جدا من الحرم و في موظفين الاستقبال عجبني اسلوب استاذة حنان العتيبي مرة لطيفة و رائعة و مجتهدة بشغلها و ساعدتني جدا و كمان استاذة عبير اسلوبها رائع و ساعدتنا جدا.. الله يجزاهم خير و يكرمهم في الدارين

Not a future option anymore
Pros:

The staff of the restaurant consisting of Mr. Rashid, Meraj and Asif was helpful and service oriented.

Cons:

The room was quite small. In a place of 2 beds, they put 4 beds. No space for walk or put anything extra. Very congested room.
The hotel have parking area in the basement but they charge their customers to park there.

بشكل عام المكان جيد جدا لكن يعيبه صغر الغرف بشكل ملحوظ ومزعج

الموقع جدا مميز
وكذلك الاثاث والنظافة
الطاقم متعاون خصوصا عامل نظافة الغرف حدا محترم وبشوش اثناء عمله

Cons:

الغرف جدا ضيقة
الغرف اللي اخذتها 413 & 414 بجانب المستودع وبالتالي العمال رايحين جايين عالمستودع مما جعل الخروج والدخول من الغرفة غير مريح بالمرة

ملاحظة على عامل نقل العفش تعامله غير مريح متجهم
