Northside Hotel Albury

Probably just dated
Carpets were stained and spare blanket could probably do with a wash

Aircon/heater was really loud,
Tried to have a shower went cold within 2mins
Was no biscuits in the room every other place I’ve stayed in has had some type of nibble food bottles of water and enough milk to make at least five coffees.

There was a lot of noise at night, our room was close to the exit of the poker machines, there was people arguing & talking to themselves coming in & out, people smoking outside
It was hard to sleep

Pretty noisy

The hotel has closed down, there is no accommodation. I had to make other arrangements. Do not charge me for my stay there.

Where to begin. We stayed for 2 nights, the first night my partner had to kill 3 cockroaches that were crawling up the walls. At 4pm the next day staff were calling us and knocking on the door saying we had over stayed. I showed the staff member my booking confirmation and payment for 2 nights. He said he had other guests who needed the room, all while on the phone. My partner went down to reception with him, where they found the booking came through for 2 nights, but their team booked us for 1 night and wrote notes stating “two night stay”. We got a piss poor apology for being yelled at and told to leave. Genuinely shocked with the blatant disregard for guests without checking the booking before coming to see us.

Noise heater , kitchen closed by 10 pm , not food was available after my work.
Patrons or staff was parked on the designated room number spot.
