Clean, comfortable hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodated my English speaking. The check-in process was smooth and quick. Like most Japanese hotels, the room was small but very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room was clean. The location is close to different local rail lines and ~10 minute walk to Tokyo Station

Pros:

Located in Ginza, walking distant from the Tokyo station. They are more than one metro line nearby. Clean rooms and decent breakfast.

There are better and more flexible hotels
Pros:

Nice location, close to the grocery shops and restaurants

Cons:

Very small room, small bed for two persons, no adequate storage facilities inside the room. Breakfast starts at 7:00. Absolutely no possibility for an early breakfast options, and no refunds given in case you cannot make it. You only learn about 7am start time at the check in.

Another great stay at this property.
Pros:

Excellent location between two subway lines and proximity to Ginza and Tokyo JR station. Safe neighbourhood without noise or tourist attractions.

Cons:

Check-in staffer want as welcoming and warm as you would expect at most Japanese establishments; however, they got the job done. Daytime staff were cheerful and helpful.
