Location, location, location!
Pros:

Subway stations are just around the corner and direct ride to/from Haneda airport.
Walking distance from Tokyo station was a bonus.
The room was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely go back next time I’ll be in Tokyo.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

The staff are helpful and friendlyndly
Pros:

Everything: the staff is so friendly, the facility, the breakfast, the bed and pillows are unreal, very close to the metro, Tokyo train station is just a 10-minute walk, and a supermarket, and you have a lot of perks (coffee and smoothie time, afternoon tea, the soup at night to finishing off my walking days in cold weather just so extra! My partner and I would definitely love to come back again. 💕

Cons:

Nothing that I didn't like about staying here!

Adding hooks to hang backpacks, jackets, purses or other personal items would help alleviate this issue.
Pros:

Clean, great location, spacious twin bed corner room, family mart attached.

Cons:

We booked two rooms. Our double-bed room was very tight. Needed walking room on both sides of the bed and more room for suitcases. Two suitcase stands would’ve been helpful.

ロケーションが良かった。
部屋はきれいで、問題なかった。
このエリアでは珍しく、喫煙ルームがあった。

Cons:

エレベーターが２基あるが、利用者が多い時間帯は待ち時間が長い。階段があれば良いのに。
宿泊した部屋では、携帯電話の電波が弱かった。（アンテナが１本しか立っていなかった。）
エアコン（暖房）をつけていなかったが、部屋が少し暑かった。室温を下げる方法がなかった。
