Pros:

朝食が、美味しかった。おやつ、コーヒー等も充実していた。

If you are tall, consider booking different hotels.
Pros:

I’m a small person, 5 feet tall, but felt the room was small. The room was clean and it was quiet even though the hotel was facing a busy road.

Cons:

Some staff struggled understanding English, especially written English.
Another thing;
When I was consuming my snack and take-away coffee in the hotel lounge room, the staff came to stop me doing so. I’ve never experienced that at any other hotels.

Super étape pour accès gare de Tokyo
Pros:

Très bien situé à proximité de la gare centrale de Tokyo (ce que nous recherchions pour pouvoir la rejoindre à pied en 10mn le lendemain matin).
Chambre bien équipée, silencieuse, et très bon petit déjeuner.

Pros:

駅近、コンビニ併設、近くに飲食店たくさん。スタッフさんたちは明るくキビキビとした親切さに信頼がおけます。ホテルの部屋は東京らしく狭いけれど、バスルームがユニットではなく広くて嬉しい。ラウンジのフリーメニューも豊富。ただゲストが外国の方が多いためか朝食に日本食の献立が少なく、乳製品アレルギーの自分は食べられないものが多くて残念。ですが朝食ブッフェとしては豪華だしコーヒーもおいしかったです。良いホテルでした。

朝食にだし巻き玉子置いてくださったら嬉しい。

期待以上でした
Pros:

部屋の広さと、朝食が美味しかったです

Cons:

チェックインの手続きに少し戸惑ってしまいました
そのためか、朝食券をとることこができずに朝食会場で困りました

Emplacement à proximité des jardins impériaux.
2 stations de métro à moins de 100m.
Chambres petites comme toujours à Tokyo mais confortables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut.

la qualité de l'accueil et du petit déjeuner est vraiment à souligner
Pros:

Hôtel de type international, idéalement situé proche de la gare de Tokyo et de Chuo-Dori . Les chambres sont petites ( nous sommes au Japon), sans beaucoup de rangement, mais propres et bien conçues. Comme cela a déjà été souligné, le petit déjeuner est remarquable, tant par sa variété que par sa qualité. Le personnel à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner est très aimable, et très aidant;
